We have lodged an application for Portugal with TLG since March 2023.

The experience has been nothing but complete and utter frustration. The team does not communicate any updates, any information, does not schedule calls , does not even inform you of missing information, and the language barrier is not being addressed, they are relying on translating apps for email communications.
3 years down the line and still no progress.
I sincerely regret going with TLG, and we have our investment money locked it only for them to use it for their development projects and we have received NOTHING in return. Not even the courtesy of updates, which begs to question their competence and understanding of the government process and updates.

I would recommend you do your due diligence to find someone with a better work ethic and professionalism
