So far, very happy. Straightforward purchase, reasonable order handling and transit times. The support is geniune and with a personal touch, not one of these "we value you feedback but we can not be bothered with your problem". They really listen and respond to the point. Have only had the cables for a few days and so far they wotk great, hope they will last. Came from another brand (ASAP) after spending a fortune there and so far very happy with the change. I only wish they will setup and offer some sort of an exchange market to swap the tips, even with losses, say 10 apple tips for 7 usb-c.

The product itself works well however be warned. Of the four I purchased three have failed within 12 months.

One failed in December after being bought in March.

For the money I could have bought many more cables if a different brand.

I have been offered a 15% discount coupon

I feel a one year warranty might be more appropriate

I have now order 2 times from them, both times i payed for EKSTRA PLUGS TO A SAMSUNG!!!!! but got for appel or what they fit in to, it sure as hell not samsung that i payed for 2 times now ekstra plugs.. Getting hold of service forget that, i have send 4 mails, send message on facebook, no one care to get back to you, and that combine with the long waiting it's just not a option to buy here anymore when the service is this bad, so 2 times plug ins for appel that i cant use at all.

Yes you do sell them, you call them replacement heads. same as you plug them in to the phone! you sell them 3 at the time, after what device you have.

What a joke that the company now tries to tell me they dont believe me so need information tru trustpilot like i'm not a real costomer or something, trying to run from the fact in sted of doing something about there mistake..warning stands about this company, be careful about what you get.

Ones again this company try to put a claim in that this review is not tru to trustpilot, in order to get this removed from the site, but of cource i have the bill still, so in sted of admitted there own mistakes the try to put in a claim to have a bad review removed, that just say it all abut the service they had..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Awesome company to order from.

I’ve ordered from this company at least 6 times now. Great customer service and great product. Everyone who see my cables just love them. I end up giving them as gifts. They answer my questions almost as soon as I ask it. Won’t order this type of cable from anyone else.

I had a problem with the address on my order. I emailed hoping to catch it before it was shipped but as it was later on in the night I wasn't sure I would be able to. Not I it did I get a quick response to my email and not just an automated response their customer service agents were already working on resolving the issue and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The order was ammended and I can't speak of them more highly. Dani and James thank you for your help you guys did a great job. What could have been an expensive mistake was fixed with no fuss, timely and politely. I'd recommend these guys all day long to anyone who wants to listen

I like the magnet feature, took a while for me to find the right plug for fast charging, I got there in the end and these cables seem to be very good charging.
The only thing I would say is that the company need to add additional shipping and delivery options as it is quite slow and many customers seem to think the same, so maybe altering your stated time for the free shipping option to 6-10 days as this is more realistic and giving the customer an option for faster shipping at an extra cost might be the way forward.
Overall though very good and I will return to order plugs and additional magnets in the future

After waiting weeks for the cables to arrive, I was initially impressed. It worked with my android phone & fast charged. However after just a few uses it stopped working. The second cable is currently working but who knows for how long. I've sent the company a message as they're covered by warranty so will update this when I hear back.

Edited to add that this company tried to get my review removed despite it being clearly true. It took over 2 weeks to arrive & only arrived after I demanded a refund. They did replace the cable for free though & so far so good for the replacement.

Please can you let me know what is happening with my Order???? Its been more than 3-6 working days. still cannot track my order says not received it yet?? I want my money back Asap.

Great customer service. I ordered on the 25th November and received confirmation email (in junk). I emailed again on the 3rd December to enquire about delivery and received a reply on the 4th to let me know my order was due to be delivered on that day and it arrived in the mail that morning.

A complete disaster. Sometimes companies have 1 or 2 weak points. This one collected all of them. Firstly it takes 30 days to reach my home city in EU. Then parcel stuck in customs. This was a big surprise, but not that big as a fact I can't proceed with customs clearance, because the company provides no price information. E-mail received after the purchase contains only list of purchased products, no invoice and link to the order navigates to the message "Thank you" without any details about order. Any attempts to ask support about assistance are without response.

Quite honestly these are the best charging cables I've ever used.

I was sceptical at first, as usually when you buy a 3rd party cable they don't actually give you fast charging capability and break after a few weeks. However my partner has an iPhone and I have a Samsung so I thought this would be worth a try so that we can share.

They're honestly brilliant. They fast charge my Samsung phone and tablet and they are more durable than the normal plastic cables that you get with your devices.

It's just a good design every way you look at it, I used to always get fluff stuck in the charging port of my phones because of carrying them in my pocket, but now the small charging thingy that you stick in solves that problem! You get enough of them for all your devices too including my Kindle!

Honestly cannot rate this product highly enough. I bought my first pair of cables last year but have just been and bought more so I can put them all around the house because there's never a charger there when you need one, but now there will be!!

**UPDATE**
I still maintain that these chargers are fantastic.....but they do have a very finite shelf life! Straight out the box they are perfect, but after a few weeks they will stop fast charging and over a couple of months the charging will get slower and slower and then just stop.
Not going to lie I keep buying the cables because when they work they are brilliant, but they are far from the perfect product!

I ordered multiple items which went lost in transit. An empty package was recovered at a service point and none but the seller would take responsibility! Their service is amazing and they are truly a great small family business who cares for their customers! I greatly appreciate what they have done for me because they didn't have to take responsibility but did regardless!! Class act!!!

I LOVE these cables! I really like the idea that I can hook up my Android Auto without risking bending or warping the USB-C charging port over the course of years of use. The peace of mind is incredible especially considering how expensive phones are these days.

I ordered my wall plugs, and cables. I ordered EU plugs as I have a property in the EU. The prices, were very reasonable and the cables looked to be exactly what I wanted. I wasn't disappointed. They're exactly as described, and they offer a choice of colours. I'm very happy with my purchase and Definitely recommend "TheLastcable" 😊

I tried it right away after I got it. It didn't charge my phone and the plug was very loose. After sending support an angry E-mail I read some reviews and learned what was the problem. It was the case I kept my phone in. I took it out to it, put the plug in and it worked. Then I could put the phone with the plug back into the case. So I order more!

I bought the cables in July and after a month of trying to get them to work every time in an Apple product I tried to contact them for a refund and return a month after getting the cords.
They sent me an email telling me how to troubleshoot the problems. Yes these some of the time but every time I wanted to connect the cord I had to remove the magnet blow in the hole replace the magnet connect and it might connect. So I gave up and have gone back to the Apple cord and the whole idea is to have the cords for my android phone and my iPad with the one connector.
If you have a case on the phone you have to remove the case each time which makes connecting the cord annoying and takes to long. I have gone back to my old cords.
3 months later still have not heard back from them about how to return the product for a refund.
You have a 30 day back money guarantee but you can’t contact them to get the refund in the 30 days and pretty soon the 6month warranty for a faulty product will be here and I will be stuck with a product I can’t use because the time has run out.
Also the product arrived months after they said it would come, I had to chase them up as it kept getting lost.
These cords may work between android devices but not on Apple products. Save your money.
Terrible customer contact and service.

So far these are handy and easy to use. Think carefully about how many cords you will need, I forgot our cars! So placing a second order.
