Yes it has it's banter and sarcasm, that's the english way. It keeps it interesting aswel as educational.
For me it's a great part of VW ownership.

This forum generally provides good technical information, although it is sometimes prone to endless inane jokey postings that can be more than a little irrelevant or suffer music hall humour complete with its attitudes to other races.

Better than the Fraggles on Facebook though.

It is somewhat cliquey with the moderators not always sticking to their own rules, pinning their own politically inspired postings for instance.

But on the other hand you have to be really stupid to get banned to the point your only recourse is to write amusing one star reviews on Trustpilot.

It could be interesting forum if not for cliquey and racist feel to it. Perhaps there should be a section for the foreigners where they can speak (or rather write) English as a second language without offending some regulars.
Also there seem to be no place for any opinions that are not shared by the Moderators and Administrators of the forum. Expressing them seem to result in permanent ban. Shame really.
