The delivery of the pack failed on first attempt for some unknown reason, however, the customer service rep was excellent and resolved the issue and the pack arrived within a few days.

Received the box and have used all Sarah’s advise on prepping she gave previously. Now had questions for next bit re using items which she was very helpful again but to hold off on doing as still not warm enough. Really appreciated her help again so now waiting 2 weeks till I can spread. I’m sure I’ll be back with more questions but so far this company has been great on their help. Can’t wait to put seeds down and see the results hopefully it’ll be as good as they say

i do love lawn pack there stuff is amazing works wonderfully and its easy to follow the steps i did have issues with delivery but it got resolved quickly and professionally and got my parcel moving through the deport while keeping me update i would like to thank Cristina for getting the pack to me after like a week of no movement but without her it wouldn't of arrived

Not having to wait hours for a response or not getting one at all is a great experience.

Not yet purchased the product, however will be as soon as ready. Just wanted to comment on their quick and very helpful customer service when reached out with a few questions. Extremely helpful and friendly.

Great system. Much cheaper for restoration and ongoing maintenance than when I used a lawns company. Great customer support too.

Used the product once and for the first time last year. Clear, simple instructions with the correct amount for the lawn made it even easier. The improvement we saw in our lawn has meant I’m back again and this time for the whole annual package.

Arrived promptly, issue with courier which was resloved and out of the The Lawn Pack control.
All items look good, too early to apply but looking forward to spring and can apply it.

After summer drought a helpful recovery. Undertook scarification, overseeding, and treatment.

Very good company helpful all year but the weather was shocking this year lots of brown grass so looking forward to next year with the help of the lawn pack to keep me right thank you

Amazing results, will definitely use again

having had 10 years of promises of 'lush lawns' from Green Thumb, I finally gave up, and not before time. Saw the Lawn Pack on line and thought I'd give it a go.
WOW! its very rare I'm blown aware, but the difference in 4 weeks is amazing, and that's just after using the Autumn pack. Hoping for great things next summer.

Applied the Stronger Roots Grass seed and the Autumn Pack to a lawn which was in a bad state having suffered through the long hot summer. In large patches the grass had just died leaving bare earth. Applied some top dressing before applying the autumn pack. As there was no rain had to do some watering. Went away for 10days and returned to a lush green lawn. Great success!

Great, my lawn has been the best it has ever been using the lawn pack products. The subscription really helps too, the instructions are very clear and you know exactly what to do to your lawn all year round. Would highly recommend.

I used to have a well known company treat my lawn but I have had better results with Lawn Pack. Much cheaper, more convenient and better results.
