-effective and efficient delivery

-my friends all loved the jacket I wore and they also want to purchase ones too haha

Cons
-the jacket didn't look exactly like it was advertised, but I was more than happy with how it looked, the colours were the exact same, the logo was just slightly off
-the quality is a little on the lower end considering the price, but it is also a small business

Jacket was stylish and well-made. Price was unbeatable. And customer service was prompt and friendly.

TLC are amazing and went out of their way to make sure that the birthday present for my wife was:
1. Checked with me to make sure that it was the perfect womens jacket size.
2. Was expedited to arrive in Australia before my wifes birthday.

I ordered the embroidered version of Mrs Santa's coat from the movie *Christmas Chronicles 2*. The coat is very nice, perfect, warm, and a true copy of the movie version; I love it. On the first glance the suit seems very nice.
Sadly one of the pockets ripped open just from the weight of my mobile phone (outdoor thingy ~500g) and the other side going to tear soon it seems. The rest of the stitches makes a good impression tho.

Otherwise I'll have a good impression.
The lenghts are all correct. Just the jacket is a bit too short for my taste but it's only my subjective opinion.

The customer service was also very nice and quick. Even at questions you'll probably get asked 100 times each day.

I bought a fake leather, vinyl see-through coat, to dress up in cosplay, as a character from Bladerunner 2049. It's a great coat. It's practical too, in case it rains.
