In this day and age I almost completely forgot what “excellence in service” truly means. The Leather City re-educated me. This is what it means to deeply care about both: the quality of your product and complete and utter customer satisfaction. I was kept informed every step of the way. That made me feel visible and important. The emails were NEVER annoying, excessive, or pushing for buying more products. The Leather City clarified some measurements, asked for what date I needed the product, and informed me of the stages in production and shipment.
The Andor jacket that I ordered was delivered in time and looks and feels amazing. It’s made of quality material, not cheap and flimsy polyester. Every detail is carefully placed, nothing is forgotten or overlooked. The workmanship is astounding. Thank you, Leather City, for reminding me that customers still matter and that pride in creating a product still exists!

We had a GREAT experience with The Leather City and would absolutely use them again. We ordered a Negro Baseball League jacket for my son. The jacket was custom-made to his measurements, and they even created a little space for him to grow. The quality of the jacket exceeded our expectations and we received so many compliments on it. Working with this company was so easy. They were so responsive. Please order from them, you will NOT be disappointed!

I ordered all the way from the USA and I truly had such a great experience. All my questions answered, wonderful customer service, and overall a wonderful product. Everything arrived perfectly, truly beautiful craftsmanship. We were very satisfied with the suit, it was worth the time and every cent spent. I was asked to leave a review in exchange for a replacement item, but after writing my review I’ve had no response to my emails and no replacement garment has arrived. Very disappointing experience and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on how they’ve handled this.

The Leather City made a beautiful coat for me. They were very thorough when taking my measurements, making sure that it would fit me perfectly. And went out of their way to keep me updated through every step, from production all the way to shipping via email/text. The coat I received was beyond any expectation. And their customer service was excellent throughout our interactions.

I ordered a jacket for my son over Labor Day weekend and soon after I ordered it my son changed his mind. I sent an email asking if I could cancel the order and very quickly received a friendly response offering different options for canceling the order. I was so impressed by the friendly and prompt customer service at The Leather City that I am motivated to shop at TLC again and recommend it to my friends.

This is the second coat I ordered from here and again looks like I escaped from the prison myself. Had it custom made to look like the supervisor version and perfect in every way. Customer service is again next level addressed all requests with now hassle and now it is spot on will be ordering the next coat soon.

I purchased this jacket as a surprise for my boyfriend’s (now fiancé) birthday. Now we both have quality jackets and we LOVE them so much. The process was so smooth. Had to sneak and get measurements and once they were in the jacket was made and sent out. I think it was sent slightly later than expected but after an email I was updated and eagerly waiting. He loves it so much it ended up in our engagement photos. If you need anything made these are the people to make it happen.
