Fantastic quality and exceptional service

Outstanding customer service from the LM team. Very responsive to WhatsApp messages about product details and delivery timeframes. Beautiful, original, logo-free genuine Italian leather handbags. I purchased the 'Brigitte Boat, Top Handle Handbag' in the colour tan and the suede and nap is of a very high quality with depth and a rich colour. The leather fragrance is utterly divine!! Thank you so much LM!! A new, loyal customer!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to! Amazing company! Couldn’t recommend enough! Was looking to buy two leather bracelets for a gift before leaving in a weeks time. One of the bracelets were out of stock. An extremely kind employee emailed me and offered my lots of different options and sent out the order express delivery whilst keeping me inform the whole time! And amazing proudcts! 10/10!!!

Today, I bought my umpteenth beautiful bag from the Leather Mob. It is the teal Gaia. This shop is amazing and have known Alex for all the many years she has been in business. I still remember walking into her first shop on Clayton Road in Newcastle and smelling the wonderful Italian leather scent. I was immediately hooked.
The bags are of exceptional quality- so soft and supple with lovely soft cotton linings. They simply don’t wear out (which is the only problem as I have to hide my stash from my husband!!) I have all colours, shapes and sizes for all occasions.
Alex is terrific - so helpful and friendly and always happy to change something for a slightly different style or colour if need be.
I cannot recommend her lovely shop highly enough.

I ordered a bag but received no confirmation of my order. After several weeks I phoned up and was told my bag was about to be dispatched. It is called a shoulder bag but I can not fit it over my small size 10 shoulder.
It may be fine Italian leather but it feels like plastic.
There are no details in the package to say how I return the bag. Not a good experience. Will not use you again.

Leather Mob is a special boutique shop in the Windermere, better choices and goods (genuine leather) with affordable prices. Alex was too good and courteous offering a variety options. Highly recommended shop to visit.

Wow, what a find is the Leather Mob , first class service from the lovely Sarah who answered all my queries to the express delivery of my fabulous Lucia bag for which I’ve had so many compliments . I can’t recommend this firm enough , and I’ll definitely buy from them again . 5 stars all round ❤️

The Leather Mob provide a excellent Customer Service. Great communication prior to delivery. If in my case the item had to be returned due to it being to small. The help I received from the support team was out standing. Would always use The Leather Mob for future Leather purchases.

I could not have had a better experience. The leather bag I bought is so beautiful and well made. It looks much more expensive than it was. There are so many great pieces on this site. But honestly it’s the customer service that will make me come back. Alex is amazing. He sent me photos of other options (and BETTER options) when there was a concern about getting the bag from Italy to California in time for an event. I got the better bag in a week and it’s perfect. The leather mob is such a find! Nice people selling quality items. Perfect. I’ll be back!

Francesca was so so so helpful and made everything so easy! She gave me alternatives to what wasn’t in stock and answered all my annoying questions. Also very friendly and lovely☺️ I will definitely will be ordering again as of the amazing customer service!

The customer service is great! I ordered 2 bracelets and paid for faster delivery. I recieved a call from Alex explaining one of the bracelets was damaged and would need longer to arrive. She offered to reimburse me for the extra postage I paid without me asking. I have recieved the second bracelet today, the first being sent as if I had paid for faster delivery. Both are beautiful and even better than expected! Keep up the great customer service!

I struggle to understand what else people would need in order to rate this company any less than exceptional. Ive bought too many bgs from Alex to count now and would not think to go anywhere else. The bags speak for themselves but the service is in a class of its own....Alex and her team are flexible, accomodating and always put the customer first. You will not get the options of style, quality and colour anywhere else...trust me I know!!

My experience with this company was absolutely brilliant from start to end. Alex worked with me to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted and certainly delivered. I would highly recommend these beautiful bags to everyone!

I bought a black leather roller belt for my daughter's boyfriend who was turning 18. Perfect for a young person and very stylish. I must thank the owner if the business who went over and above dropping the belt off in Jesmond as I hadn't realised they had moved to Tynemouth and no longer had the Jesmond shop. The gift wrap and presentation was beautiful. Needless to say he loved his gift. I will definitely be returning. If you want something a bit different and beautiful quality, go to The Leather Mob.
