Took a few days to be delivered by Royal Mail so get your order in promptly but other wise great service from LED Specialist would def recommend

Rang them at 1500 hrs on Friday 31st May to see if by using RM Special Delivery, which was a cost option, if they could definitely get my two outside Phillips Raccoon LED stainless steel lights to me by the following day as my electrician was unexpectedly on site.

They said they would try their best!

I pushed the boat out and bought 3 Calix Ypsilon LED lamps which were not cheap. I received a very competitive price together with a very good estimated delivery date. The goods were received on time and their after sales service superb. I had to contact David who came back to me with helpful answers almost immediately.

I bought a new lamp and I wasn't sure what bulbs to get so I contacted the seller and the two of them Matthew and David very helpful emailing me and phoning me I bought bulbs from them I got them the next day they are perfect with the light they give a nice glow not to bright so I k ow where to go the next time I need the bulbs I would recommend the seller highly j lawrie

Today I purchased 8 new bulbs for the home .... it doesn't sound like much but they cost close to $50 per bulb so it's not a small decision.

I'd spoken with Matt on the phone and he'd been really helpful then but when I went in in person he took up a notch or two at least.

I'd already decided on what I thought I wanted but when Matt offered to show me other bulbs in the same range I said yes. Several times he went back into the stockroom and got more bulbs then he unpacked them and installed them so I could see them working. Well it made a difference as I changed some of my choices. Let me be clear Matt wasn't selling to me he was just providing 1st class customer service to help me make the right decision.

At all times Matt was helpful, attentive and genuine.

I would recommend The Led Specialist with a moments hesitation and will always go there for my future lighting needs.
