You know the saying buy cheap buy twice- this is exactly what has happened to me. Avoid this company and purchase from a reputable brand with good customer service.
I have one of the prams, it is 9 months old and the breaks have stopped working. I emailed them to explain the situation. I engaged going back and forth send a video and multiple photos. Ultimately they told me I needed to pay £15 to return the pram to them for inspection and repair. This breaches the consumer rights act 2015 and even after I advised this they assured me that was their policy. (Not sure whos ‘policy’ trumps the law?!)
I have had to purchase another pram (from a different company) so that my child is safe.
Still going back and forth with the company now to request a refund with support from trading standards
I urge you NOT to buy from this company. Stroller not fit for purpose. Had to send back twice for fixtures. Now saying out of warranty when asked for refund/ not fit for purpose due to continual faults within pram design. Trying to charge me to have pram returned £15 because courier wouldn’t give me the parcel even though I was stood on my doorstep ready to go out . He wouldn’t give it until I opened my door, I declined due to my guard dog being inside (going wild ready for blood at the time). Bunch of con men/ women, go out of their way to be as awkward and unhelpful as possible. Assume they’ll reply to this will a load ‘policy’ drivel. Sometimes you have to actually use your common sense but apparently they don’t have any

Credit card section 75 - upheld and refund given as they agreed pram not fit for purpose and should last around 5 years. The pram didn’t make it to 1 year and had been sent back several times. All videos and photos and emails between company and myself sent to credit card company and this was used for the basis of their decision
I was so excited to order my New Lenox stroller as I had one before and loved it.
I needed a new travel buggy for holidays/trips.
I chose the travel stroller in pink on the Friday after 2pm which meant I would get my buggy on Tuesday. Everything went well payment went through order was sent and my tracking information was on confirmation email stating that my buggy was on its way so I patiently waited to Tuesday.
Tuesday came no buggy I rang them on Monday because there was no information on my tracking system about what was happening. They informed me that the colour I wanted was out of stock unusual because I’d already sent my order through and the order already went through if they didn’t have it in stock, it would’ve went through right now it went through cool now I have to pick another colour the beige one. All good all went through two hours later check my email have an email stating that they don’t have this colour available too after speaking to someone on the phone who insured me that this was in stock now it wasn’t in stock.
Putting in my order for a new black coloured stroller I was advised it will turn up on Tuesday as I ordered before 2 pm on the Monday. no buggy on Tuesday rang them spoke to them told me there was a delay then it will arrive on Wednesday.
Wednesday came didn’t arrive gave them a ring told me it was on their way then they gave me a tracking information for dhl yes it will be delivered on Friday.
To my surprise, it was delivered in between hours that it stated, thank you DHL for keeping timing.
I’m unhappy. I didn’t get the colour that I wanted. I’m unhappy I didn’t get the second colour that I wanted. I’m unhappy that the buggy was in stock when I ordered it and it was on its way and then all of a sudden it disappeared in the middle of delivering and then it was out of stock.
I paid next day delivery and it took a week to get my buggy and not the colour buggy that I wanted.
I would’ve got a refund and ordered somewhere else. It’s just that I really wanted this buggy because the buggy is actually really good. It’s a lightweight easier to fold and my child fits and she loves it. It’s easy to push the wheels are very, very flexible. Whole reason why I wanted one of these buggies in the first place.
But now I’m put off ever I wanted to buy one ofthese buggies again I’ll probably have to buy it off a friend second hand or something like that cause I don’t wanna deal with this company again all the stress that I had.
I threw away my old buggy on the Tuesday when I saw that my delivery was coming, so I didn’t have a buggy for the three days and I needed it because we were going away on a holiday.
Not happy with the service not happy with the customer service although you did try to help me but just made things worse and I did get a complimentary buggy bag for my troubles. I just feel that it’s not enough for my troubles.
Overall, not happy with the customer service delivery service apart from DHL. I’m very disappointed in the whole ordering and delivering part of the buggy itself. I love the buggy but let’s see how long it lasts.
It is a lovely pram easy to use and easy and drop my granddaughter loves it
Fantastic company to deal with and there products are fantastic this is our second buggy from them we also have the holiday one and it’s fantastic to can take it straight on the plain then folds in seconds and there customer service is one of the best I’ve ever delt with honestly you won’t regret buying from here and there free delivery came next day what more can you ask for I’ve recommended them to everyone
Absolutely love this stroller. This is exactly what I was looking for. folds away extremely small does not take up any space in the boot of my car. It is lightweight. The backpack feature is amazing very excited to take it on holiday with me and it’s also cabin approved. I love the suitcase Handle too , just everything about it. I’ve literally cannot fault it. It was worth every penny. :)
They have sent the wrong item. I have called a number of times with no answer, I’ve emailed twice with no reply and also been ignored on message via Instagram. I want a full refund but I am unable to obtain this without hearing back from the company. Wish I’d never purchased!
Of I could give 0 stars I would placed an order two weeks ago still no pushchair to be told parcel is missing and can take another 6-12 weeks to locate what happened with it they won’t resend another one they won’t correspond to my emails or calls avoid this site as it’s clearly a scam !!

Since buying the Lejoux + pram I would never want any other pram. The pram is amazing and my son absolutely loves it ☺️. The customer service is great also if you have any issues or enquiries. I lost the padding between the legs and contacted the customer service team and they sorted it very quickly. Very happy customer 😁.

I was really impressed with this stroller, especially for the price. It looks much nicer than I expected — the colour is really tasteful and feels quite stylish. It’s lightweight, folds down super small (perfect for taking on the aeroplane), and was easy to manage one-handed when juggling bags and baby. It feels sturdy enough for everyday use, too. I joined The LeJoux Stroller affiliate program and successfully referred multiple sales. However, my recent commissions have not been paid, despite multiple follow-ups via email.
In addition, my last two affiliate orders were generated before the company reduced the commission rate from £15 per order to £1 per order. Those two orders should have been rewarded under the old policy, but my commission was changed retroactively to the new lower rate.
I have contacted the team several times but haven’t received a proper response or resolution. I hope the company will handle this issue transparently and honor the commissions that were earned under the previous terms.
