Great experience. Use of modern systems really sped up the process made it really nice and easy. Advice from Tom was spot on, during the initial process and then moving me in, couldn’t have asked for me.

Our letting agent Yasmin has been amazing throughout the whole moving process. She has been really quick to answering any questions we have had and was completely on it with all of the pre move-in things that needed doing.

Incredibly helpful and efficient when throughout the entire process from enquiries on places to asking questions during living there!

The whole process has been pretty much stress free, really smooth and straight forward. My first time renting a property and Yasmin has done a great job helping me throughout, she’s made it so easy. Knowing she will respond quickly when I get in contact and do her best to help me or to resolve any issue gives me peace of mind, not a bad word to say about her and The Lettings Club, I am completely satisfied with their service.

When I needed to move its been a pain then I applied for my house with the Lettings club and I got a call back from yasmin and she sorted the viewing time for us ect the whole process of moving is stressful but with yasmin taking care of everything that could possible be stressful for us it was easy and quick and yasmin was so polite professional and informative she is definitely 1 in a million so thank you to yasmin I've not had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the team but I'm sure they are all lovely but yasmins been nothing but brilliant would recommend her and Lettings club to anyone and if u have the pleasure of speaking with yasmin you will know exactly what I mean u won't be disappointed xx
