A life saver ! …

Beth from Lifestyle Concept has been helping myself and my family over the last six months through a difficult time and house move. We needed to sort and clear a substantial amount of stuff to downsize my parents house. She was supportive, caring and enthusiastic just the right mix we needed to motivate us and make a difficult process even enjoyable. We highly recommend her and will be continuing to employ her ongoing.

Beth has an inner magic

Beth has an inner magic giving her the ability to assess an individual and their situation with ease and, it is up to that individual to truly listen enabling their heart and their mind to work together in making the right decision to either accept or decline the very individual service that Beth offers. Beth was a breath of fresh air

Beth was a breath of fresh air. Polite, respectful and couldn’t help me enough. I struggled to let go of some things in my wardrobe, but Beth was very patient with me whilst I made decisions. I meant to post this review a few months ago to say thank you so much for your kindness and dedication to creating a clutter free wardrobe, which in turn decluttered my chattering mind. Highly recommend this lady.

Aggressive and careless

Awful. Rode roughshod over me, did her choice of work, not mine and sent my wedding video of my late husband to be crushed and blamed her poor eyesight. Got aggressive when my disabilities were bad. Wish I’d never met her.

I appreciate your posting your feedback. All feedback is good, even if it is bad as we are all here to learn. I live my life by the Four Agreements. Integrity. Never take things personally. Always do your best and never make any assumptions. I came to you with an open heart wanting to do my very best. I recall being very careful as best as I could in the circumstances and going beyond my role to help you. As someone who has a disability myself and someone who works with clients who, in the majority, have disabilities, it would not be in my interests to abuse anyone. Decluttering is an emotional experience and it is a job I do not undertake lightly. Being invited into someone's home takes trust. I always ask for 100% engagement as things can get mislaid but I go out of my way to be careful and, as I say, I come with an open heart and mind with no judgement, to help the person I am trying to help. I am sorry I had to cancel our next booking. I wish you every happiness in your life and wish you all the best.
