This company is absolutely awful and an absolute scam! I am very unhappy and very disgusted! Avoid at all costs! Yes the lighter looked good however, their customer service is none existent. I am so upset, I have ordered a lighter as a Christmas present which when it arrived it was no longer required. It was not engraved and I've not even took it out of the box and I have returned it as soon as I received it and I have followed all the steps on their returns section but all my emails are being ignored and no sign off refund and its been nearly 4 weeks now since I've returned it back first class recorded delivery.

Years ago I had a big collection of zippos which I sold when I moved to a static caravan and also felt that at over 80 I should stop hoarding. However I missed having one in use which is why I decided to buy one. I like my ace of spades as cards have always been part of my life. Very happy with it.
