Bought a Zippo 200 lighter and am very pleased with it. The lighter was delivered fast and upon refuelling it worked perfectly. I had a previous Zippo bought from Ebay and was having constant problems like the fuel only lasting a couple of days and firing up after several attempts even with a new wick and flint. Seems fake when compared to this so I have retired it and the Zippo 200 is my lighter for daily use now. Reliable, fires up first time and it's been a week and have not yet refuelled it. Well pleased with the purchase and service from the Lighter Shop.

I bought an engraved zippo lighter for my husband for Xmas. When opened it was noticed that there is an imperfection in the lid so it damages the wick guard when you open it. There was already damage on the lighter when received. I emailed the lighter shop 4 times with absolutely no contact back from them at all. There is.no contact number advertised to call them. Sadly I will have to take the complaint up with Zippo.
