Pleased with the blanket purchased. But I didn’t receive all of my order. I ordered two additional blanket covers and only received one. Contacted the company via email (only option) and no reply….. due to this issue I wouldn’t order from this company again!

I enquired when a particular blanket was coming back in stock and they searched and found me the one I was looking for. Excellent communication from the company. Blanket arrived next day and is beautiful. So soft

I bought the 1.5kg blanket for my 17.5kg daughter. I wanted to take advantage of the returns policy to change it for the 2kg blanket. I emailed 3 days ago, no acknowledgment. I messaged on Instagram. No acknowledgement. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've tried to contact you numerous times regarding this with no success.

The blanket is very small. my child is only 5 and it doesn’t even cover half his body.
I got it in the sale but they won’t offer refund on sale items only exchange but what am I meant to exchange it for? another too small blanket?
Very disappointed. I gave it some time to see if the kids would end up liking it anyway but they don’t as the blanket doesn’t actually cover the in the way it should.

Blanket and covers arrived beautifully wrapped in the sweetest box. The blanket is beautifully made and lovely feel. I washed covers straight away as there is a strong smell from the organic cotton and I didn’t want it putting my son off before he had tried. He loves his new blanket and had a great sleep without overheating! Very pleased.

The blankets are lovely but unfortunately the wrong size has been delivered. What should be. A relatively simple swap for the correct size us proving difficult and more the week later I still don’t know when i’m going to receive what I ordered!!

Very quick delivery. Blankets look and feel lovely. Not used yet as bought for Christmas presents for my niece's 2 children who go to sleep, but don't stay asleep. Hoping these blankets will help the whole family sleep better. Very comprehensive instruction booklet.
