Site is easy to navigate.

Beware! I never received the item ordered for my daughter's Christmas within the 5 days specified for expedited shipping, and the order had still not arrived almost 2 weeks later by our departure from an AirBnB on Nov 30th. I even communicated with them throughout, emphasizing the importance of the package's arrival by a certain date. However, it didn't arrive and they seemingly won't take responsibility for items once they ship, notwithstanding shipping times are listed at checkout on their website. I paid extra for expedited shipping (3-5 day max guarantee). They have refused to replace or refund the item. That's $75 thrown away. As a new parent I was excited to find their website and was looking forward to buying from them on an ongoing basis, however, poor business practices on their part have cost them probably hundreds of dollars in further custom. It's very shortsighted! Parents typically spend a lot on their kids especially when they find a good, reliable source that honors and respects their customers.

waited 5 weeks for delivery and received the wrong order. more than 5 voice mails and 5 emails nobody has answered my calls. The toy I ordered was $99.00. I received a toy that walmart has in store for .99cents. I want a REFUND.

Happy with quality of order ..would like that is size L little bit bigger but it is only my preference...
Was expecting little bit faster delivery but customer service is amazing as they answered my email in appropriate time.
Actually wants to give 5stars to costumer service

I had no trouble navigating to what I wanted and I always look for a size chart, it was easy to choose. Colour range is also amazing.

I liked the items available. Disappointed I wasn’t able to add to original order and receive the additional percentage off. Second one was placed within minutes, so that part makes me unhappy. Hoping the products are as nice as they look.
