It was easy to navigate the website. I appreciated that each item had an easily accessible size guide. Hopefully everything is too size and fits me.

Clear pictures, description of garment consise. Sizing guide easy to understand but would have liked the option of buying different sizes in pant and top.
Great colour range. I travel a lot so hopefully will deliver on all fronts as advertised

I was just shopping for more track for the starter set I bought online. I found it quickly on a google search.

I would rate it less if I could I highly recommend no one uses site. I saw a wonderful toy for my grandson never received it. The tracking is very sketchy and doesn’t seem right. Says it comes from England, but came out of Shenyang China. I then looked at their customer service. The department is appalling and right on their website. I have great questions about having only three people in customer service.

Ordering was easy and photos good. We’ll see if a possible return goes as smoothly 🤣! You never know how the clothes suit!

Order took a long time to receive so I wasn't able to give to my grandson for his Dec. 9 birthday. Saved items for Christmas and the bubble ball doesn't work and has a hole in it. Went to return but they only offer a 14 day return policy. What a waste of a lot of money for a cheaply made toy that got my grandson excited for nothing.

Christmas presents for grandchildren when products arrived only one item instead of two and this one arrived on Christmas eve and was damaged. Ignored all my emails. Therefore sad children and considerable financial loss

I ordered a Christmas present for my 4 year old grandson in early December. It said Royal Mail -Standard shipping (5-7 days). I was shocked to then discover that it was coming from America via 17TRACK. I would NOT have placed the order if I had known it was coming from America. Needless to say, it did not arrive in time for Christmas! It was finally delivered on 30th December. I will NOT be ordering anything else from this company.
Be warned - this company is deceitful and lies about delivery time frames causing a great deal of distress and disappointment. I would avoid at all costs.

I paid extra for DHL delivery in 2-5 days. DHL was not used and a month later the package is still not here. Customer service has been no help and the original tracking details provided said the package was in my home country but when pressed a new tracking number was provided showing the package still in china 3 weeks later. Do not trust this company.

Terrible! Do NOT order from this company. There is absolutely NO customer service. Any correspondence is 100% AI the company generates AI reviews on google blocking any REAL customer from posting a legit review. I’m actually contacting my states attorney general office to assist in getting the company flagged as it operates outside of the USA. There have been numerous consumer complaints yet they are not posted or available to the general public. Please post this information to any/all public sites where uninformed customers can be forewarned.

I got a realistic silicone doll. Its not silicone. Looks great, it'll hold up, but I wanted silicone not plastic and thats what it is. Hopefully I can get a silicone one or money back idk. I got it for like 200 dollars off so its good for the price. But never ever buy it full price.

Horrible company. Damaged and defective and they want me to send back at my cost. Absolutely ridiculous. They act like its normal. They said they accept returns but then they saying up to them if they give you full refund. I wouldn't have used them if I knew they were unethical. Ruined my grandson's Christmas. Plan on writing reviews to everyone. Filing complaints with agencies.

I was supposed to receive the toy before Christmas. I paid for USPS shipping and the company is based in NY, the state next to me. Next thing I know, I'm receiving tracking updates indicating it arrived at our country's airport. Nowhere did they indicate that this item was getting shipped to the US and was not in stock here. It was not shipped USPS. It got delivered 5 days late, and the box was squished. Unacceptable. I will never order from this company again.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order which came in the wrong box and had Chinese writing on the box not English. I contacted them and they said sometimes they use different boxes than what’s in there. Who does that? I opened it and the correct item was inside but the stickers for the item were all crumbled. I wanted to return the item but kept getting the run around. They would not email back for a couple of weeks, kept trying to give me a credit, etc. By then I was really irritated and after more unsuccessful emails I finally contacted my credit card company and got a refund. Come to find out the item plays music in Chinese and not English!

I had no problems with the review process. I did not receive the product yet.

Delivery time way longer than stated.
Much mmore importantly, this was a rechargable infants toy. All the instructions including the box are in Chinese characters.
This is clearly in breach of the 2011 Statuary Guidance Toys (safety) Regulations 2011 Great Britain. Now they ignore me

Updating my review and adding a couple of stars because, after a considerable wait- the holidays came and went and no gift -and after the package being sent to some remote “pick-up” point, the gift for my grandchild did finally arrive at the designated shipping address. It seems to be working fine. Still, if you are in a hurry, don’t be and don’t waste money on any shipping upgrades. This item shipped from China.
