Nice selection of brands and prompt delivery
First time shopping here and super happy with the experience. Placed order Sunday and already had the shipment delivered by Tuesday from Belgium to the Netherlands. Good selection of brands and products too. The website design could be improved to make it more intuitive and easy to navigate

If I could leave zero stars
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ordered a personalised elephant snug took ages to arrive, when it did it was not personalised. 2 days spent trying to make contact via live chat, no response. No response to email. Totally disgusting way to treat customers. Will never shop with this company again.
