Creating a mug was very easy with lots of options for both humans, animals, colours and locations. Very well packaged and delivered promptly. The mug when arrived is absolutely brilliant and the recipient will be over the moon.

The mugs I ordered are exactly as described in the pictures. They are truly lovely christmas presents for my animal loving children and partners.

I ordered a mug for my Granddaughter, a picture of her and her two dogs, the likeness was uncanny and she was thrilled with it. The quality and service of your company is first class. I shall not hesitate to recommend your company.

I have had two mugs from this store and have been very good quality and the design is perfect..one very happy daughter.
Unfortunately on my second mug on first use it cracked around the base.
I emailed the company and the they despatched another one out within days of my email.
Fabulous company, and excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this company.

Nice prints and quick delivery

The prints are great quality for the price and colours are true. Very impressed. Came quickly as well. Only knocked off a star because although there was a sturdy piece of cardboard in the envelope to protect the prints (mine were A4 size) the postman had still folded/bent the package to get it in my letterbox that is at the end of the lane. Maybe a 'Please do not bend' sticker might help? Or maybe not these days as they might bend it even more! Will buy others though as great selection and variety with some really quirky prints.

The personalised mug was delivered within 3 days of order, and is exactly what I expected. I quoted an incorrect postcode, and advised the shop , offering to pay if the item was returned to them as "undeliverable". Paul replied saying they would repost free of charge if necessary, but it was delivered without a problem. 5 star customer service and communication - Thanks.
