Absolutely avoid. Avoid. Please I don’t want this to happen to someone else.

They did not keep up with their promises. They even sent out LinkedIn messages to people under my profile (which is part of the contract) and then signed the messages under someone else’s name. Multiple times. No refund. No discount just offered to hold my money for a year in case I change my mind. I can’t pay my bills. I can’t wait another year for them to hold up their responsibilities.

Hi Sean,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously.

Regarding the LinkedIn message signature issue, this occurred four times within a single day due to a temporary internal error. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and corrected it immediately. The issue did not occur again after that point.

Regarding refunds, our policy is clearly outlined in the service agreement that was reviewed and signed prior to the start of the engagement to ensure transparency for both parties.

We remain committed to addressing concerns promptly and professionally, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

Avoid this company at all costs

I had the same experience as Tony. Worse than a waste of money, it actually caused harm to my reputation. When making complaints they were defensive, and not interested at all in making things right. When I asked them for the records of people they spammed, they “had already been deleted”. Beyond unethical and shady.

Hi Kathryn,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience.

As outlined in the service agreement reviewed and signed prior to beginning the engagement, our service provides clients with the option of reaching out to either newly established LinkedIn connections only or to both new and existing connections as part of the outreach strategy. For your campaign, you specifically requested that communications include both groups.

When you later asked for information regarding the outreach activity, we provided a record of the leads contacted as part of the campaign. These were the same individuals referenced in your review, and all communications were conducted within the scope of the services outlined in the agreement.

Our refund policy was also clearly stated in the agreement and acknowledged prior to starting the service to ensure transparency for both parties.

We remain committed to operating with professionalism and transparency and are always open to discussing concerns directly to find constructive solutions.

Poor use of your hard earned money

for some reason, my initial review was removed. Not sure why so I'll keep an eye on this one. This service was complete waste of money. Said they'd get me leads but I never got one solid appointment. Initially Terry very responsive but as soon as your money is gone so is Terry.…POOF! Now I do get to deal with his wife and some others but that isn’t really the issue here. I bought this program for leads. That’s what they say they will produce. I got none. Now they may say it’s because I turned off my LinkedIn but that was MONTHS into this. At that point they were doing more harm then good. EX: I would send someone an email on LinkedIn and then they’d send a cookie cutter prospecting email right after. Makes me look everything but “professional”. At this point I am cutting my losses. I went into this knowing most lead programs are not good and so was highly skeptical, but this program seemed different. At the end of the day, they got my money, and I am still setting my own appointments.
