Avoid at all cost, I was booked in for 10:30 and no one showed. No call no text. I rang them and they said his coming for 2pm. Fine the bloke coming said he can’t come that its too far. I was charged 59£ over the phone. Give me Back my money as refund and they said they can’t. They kept transferring me over the phone telling me to go to an empty website. Avoid them. They are scams and a fraud. The guy Dan is so rude on the phone. Don’t go near them. If I can give more than 1 star I’d give them.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Charge a huge fee for what you understand to be the job in question. Engineer is then tasked, carried out the job extremely well and then you are presented with another bill for the job by the engineer who has already taken this company to court as they owe him money for other jobs he has varied out. Called to clarify, really poor customer service and the team are not bothered in any way. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute rip off.

Biggest scam takes your £99plusvat and you still have to pay the engineer once here arrives! So they take over £100 just for booking. Scam scam scam

My aunty lives on the Isle of Wight she is an elderly frail 86 year old lady I’m her niece but unfortunately I live 360 miles away in the north east which makes it very difficult to assist her she phoned me to say her toilet was leaking I said leave it with me I will sort it I phoned the local plumbers but they said they didn’t cover the area but they could give me a phone number which was the local experts who I phoned they said I had to pay an upfront payment fee of £75 which I payed the job was promised to be carried out on that day I phoned my aunt but later on she phoned me to say nobody had turned up I phoned them back they said unfortunately we could not get any one we will not be able to get anyone until Tuesday which under the circumstances I thought was a disgrace the £75 I paid I was lead to believe would be taking off the final bill so I explained to her when the plumber arrives I’ve already paid £75 so she told him his reply was I haven’t being paid any money and I’ve only received the call today but if they had phoned me under the circumstances I would of come out and done the job earlier so basically the local experts could not careless that they left a little 86 year old lady very distressed without a toilet for 5 days she could not flush it so she has being using a bucket please do not have any dealings with this company they are charging customers to give contractors phone numbers out and when speaking to them they are very rude and totally unresponsive and there customer service is absolutely dispicible just out to take peoples eyes out and come back for the sockets please avoid the local experts at all costs ( scammers) charged £75 for nothing except a contractors phone number thinking about starting the same company up in the north east.

Looking for quote for simple job and selected company because all advertising seen on internet emphasised “no call-out fee”. Eager to take money upfront (seemed odd) only to find from receipt delivered later that had been charged £81 for “non-refundable call-out fee”! Very rude and hostile when challenged next day. Be very careful dealing with these people and think of spending more wisely elsewhere. Looks like a long haul through the small-claims courts ahead.

Will not recommend this company to anyone, they take a non refundable deposit and leave you to do all the work, so am out off pocket £100 , plus calling the said plumber who they said would call ne.

Found the company to be helpful on the phone and fast at coming out they was with me in 2 hours once out Karl was fast at unblocking my drains outside and even cleaned the area leaving it safe the the pets thank you so much

I called as was in need of an emergency plumber and they helped me get my issue sorted within an hour of the call very professional service and affordable prices.

needed a plumber. Came and fixed the problem, but the was a delay and they did contact to let me know, was concered after reading reviews but certinely changed my mind.

Company is total waste of time- firstly could not spell my surname then booked me an appointment with a rather bemused engineer in the South of England - I live in Northern Ireland. I called up to cancel any further dealings with this company and asked for my money to be refunded to be told quite reluctantly that it would take about two weeks- not good enough

I phoned this company yesterday. They said they would be out yesterday or today but still no sign of them. I was charged £75 and told they charged by the half hour with no call out charge. After I had paid I got a text saying "all additional payments including the second half of the minimum 1 hour fee, should be paid directly to the tradesman attending the site".At no point in my phone conversation with these people did it say the minimum charge was one hour. I tried phoning again a few minutes ago but there was no answer and if I reply to the text it doesn't go through. I have not received a receipt from these people.

Absolute scam. Please be aware. This company promises to provide reliable engineer contact number and charge £75 for first half hour labour service, with minimum 1 hr service. This means you will have to pay to the engineer at least an hour additional labour charge on top of £75 already charged by the company. This is not mentioned in the payment confirmation message they send. They dont Email a payment receipt. This payment term is no where explained on their website. Their website is very misleading as they claim to be 5 star rated!!

We requested a local plumber contact number with clear requirement of replacing flush valve. We were assured of same day service.Plumber turned up next day evening . Glanced the flush and said yah flush valve needs to be replaced. Plumber has now sent in a quote with £75 charge to replace the valve.

I can not dispute this on Sec75 as the transaction value is less than £100. I feel looted and helpless and concerned about much vulnerable customers in the area. I hoping to reach out to local authorities to get this stopped. Please be ware!!
