Despite contacting them before renewal…
Despite contacting them before renewal date they provided the wrong link and the renewal was delayed they charged me extra for the delayed registration.

Prior to your renewal date, we contacted you by phone and left a voicemail to ensure you were aware of the deadline and the late renewal fee. We also provided clear step-by-step renewal instructions via email on 2nd April, including the correct link and advising that payment was required by 07/04/2026 to avoid any additional charges.
As we did not receive a response or payment before the deadline, the service expired and the late renewal fee was applied in line with our terms. When you did contact us afterwards, our team responded promptly to assist.
We understand this may be frustrating, but we do make multiple attempts to notify clients ahead of renewal to help avoid situations like this.

Terrible verification system and…
Terrible verification system and absolutely no data protection when handing over personal documents. After enquiring about the system and data they said ‘trust’ us. No. Gave them what they wanted, not good enough for them and you get an email saying you have a few days to redo according to their standards or you’re deleted and no money returned.. they require lighting and ridiculous set up just to verify who you are. They need a proper verification app.
I asked for a proper verification system and they just say no. Really expect better and more professional service.

The address change took too long
The address change took too long and they demanded extra money in almost every step.
I edited my review because the company contacted me about the issue and provided an explanation, but I still think it would be better if they had explained all the costs to me at the beginning.

We’re sorry to hear you felt this way. The timeframe for address changes is largely dependent on Companies House processing times, which are outside of our control, though we always aim to complete our part as quickly as possible.
In terms of additional fees, these only apply in specific situations - such as when restoring a company from default status, which requires a different (and higher-level) service than a standard address change. We always aim to be transparent about any costs involved, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear in your experience.

Shocking experience! Paid for a registered office set up. No clear explanation of what KYC ID requirements nor timescales were until after we paid.We explained that we had geographically spread directors and that it was Easter Holiday Week but they cancelled our office arrangements after 7 days, despite 2 Directors having provided ID already.Total rip-off and a scam - please beware!

Would avoid - KYC is just an email inbox accessible to multiple people, which isn't made clear until you've paid (and they keep your money if you don't go through KYC). I ended up going with Capital Office instead.
