This is the one of the most fraudelent company. The order I received is of bad quality. I don't want to purchase from them. Never order from this website. They show something else and give something else with poor quality, and when I asked for a refund, they said there is no refund policy. When i placed order there was no mention of refund policy. This is a fraud website total waste of money. Customer support team is very rude to talk to. They dont complete the conversation and cut the call. Very poor. Never choose them

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They do not have a proper return policy — only a replacement policy, and that too with unfair conditions.
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
You have to courier the product back to their address at your own expense
Even after they receive it, replacement is not guaranteed
They may or may not send you a replacement, depending on their decision
The biggest issues are:
The product delivered is not the same as what is shown
The quality is very poor and below expectations
Please think twice before ordering anything from this company.

Its a fraudulent company.
I have received low-quality, incorrect products that do not match website photos, alongside poor customer service. It is not supporting customers requirement.
Conversely, the website displays user fake 4star reviews . Its a potential scam and poor-quality manufacturing.
I lost my 7000 rupees. We can't wear this saree. There is no refund policy and if you want to replace it , there is no product pickup facility. I am 100% sure they will not replace the item in return. They are money eaters fraud scam company.

The platform is not for those looking for convenience. Personally didn’t had wonderful experience with customer support neither with the product. The product quality and making is not as described or stated. They are not even providing pickup facility. My money is literally wasted. Will not prescribe this platform as there are may more providing better products with better customer support

They refused to offer me refund and also wanted me to pay extra for courier ..

Cheap clothes sold for profit. Return policy is negligible, only exchange and customers pay for return. The quality is really off as well as sizing of blouses. Spare yourself the trouble and save your money for something worthy.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lotusfab. On their website, they clearly mention a “7 days return policy,” which is misleading. When you read the full policy carefully, you realize they do not actually offer refunds — they only provide exchanges for another product. This feels deceptive and not transparent at all.

The quality of the clothing is also not good. The material feels cheap and does not match the expectations set by the pictures. The blouse quality is especially poor, and the padding inside is very low quality and badly finished.

Overall, I am not satisfied with my purchase. I would not recommend buying from Lotusfab unless they improve their product quality and clarify their return policy honestly.

Fake company ads are misleading they send very cheap quality saree .. customer care is also very arrogant... I ll complain about this company in consumer court .. they are cheating customers they should bear the consequences

Very poor quality saree for ₹1500. Looks completely different from pictures. I wanted to rate 0. But no option. Customer support is extremely rude and not helpful. They forc Fake expectations. Quality of saree os not even worth 50rupees. Don't cheat people like this.. Forcing us to stop shopping online.

The product was not shown as given in the picture. just had print on one side. That's one thing but had the worst customer support, they had the audacity to talk rudely on call. I had placed two order and cancelled one of them with in 24hrs. This was 10th october, since then I am just begging them to provide the refund for the other one. They fail to understand the question every single time. I had patiently made then understand the problem every single time. But the girl on the phone makes it feel like she is doing a favour listing to me. "oh goddddd" 'madaaaaam time lagta hai turant answer nhi dete" this is when I have sent the screenshot on the first call in the morning and asking for update in the evening. I mean are you for real? Customer support?

All products are fake. Nothing similar to the pics they have shown. Plus if you have to return, then u will have to arrange it and then they said we will show the original product to you before delivering. But still what they showed to what was delivered was a huge difference.

I ordered because
they are providing stiched blouse as well BUT the cups are literally visible in the blouse such poor quality cloth they are giving. Border of saree is looking so cheap..i have no words. This saree does not deserve even 300 rs and i paid 1899 😢
They have created their return policy in such a way that you will not fall in the elgibility to claim for return or replacement. Frustating experience 😖
