I did receive a product, but decided to return it unopend. They keep making excuses for not accepting my return. I don't think they will accept the return, I think this company will soon disappear. Don't buy here.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. This company must be a scam. The response is ridiculous. They will respond right away one time and then the follow up email gets RADIO SILENCE! They advertise a 100% money back guarantee and this is also a scam. They say if your Open your package then you can return it yet if you try to return it without opening the package and videoing it - they also want return it. So basically you get screwed! Don’t throw your money away.

I ordered my product 9 weeks ago and have not received anything.

I have 39 emails back and forth with the company. They're not helpful. They will not refund your money.

They are thieves.

The product definitely works as suggested. Allowed the lady to be great!!!!! With no issues. Definitely recommend for the water park.

In my opinion, this place is a total scam. They are selling illegal textile products into the USA. No required labeling at all on the blanket. It also smells weird and has an unpleasant crunching sound when you fold it. Ships from Wuhan, China. They do not honor the 30-day money back guarantee and play the run-around game with customer service emails. Avoid!

Package went walkabout and eventually returned to The Love Blanket with ZERO attempts to deliver to me - this is not their fault, but that of EVRi - however when I contacted them to get a refund, I was told that I needed to place another order then I will get my refund. I've argued that this is NOT happening but I keep getting the same answer. We're now almost two weeks on and no refund...

HORRIBLE customer service and super slow shipping. Ordered on 2/4/24. Emailed multiple times for a status update around 2/9. Received no response. They sent an email on 2/10 that it will be shipped out around the 17th. Then sent another email on the 11th telling me that it would shipped out on the 19th.

At this point, I requested my order to be canceled and refunded. They refused. They stated that since they had already printed the shipping label they cannot cancel it.
