Thank you
I want to say thank you to Bee and Jordan we were heartbroken but knew it was time, after being out faithful companion for 12 years for our beautiful Chester to leave us,
We as a family were treated with compassion and Chester as the main man was treated with dignity, care and love,he went very peacefully with the people he loved and who loved him around him. From first point of call to having his ashes returned to us by Louise I cannot fault anything. You are all very special people you made such a sad experience bearable and peaceful. Thank you all,

It was time to let our 14 year old chocolate labrador Amber go to rainbow bridge.
She was an anxious old lady, really didn't like the vets. We made a decision to have euthanasia at home for her comfort and a peaceful passing. I found the loving vet. I sent a text message and got a response straight away. We booked for the Wednesday but she was worse on the previous Saturday night. I messaged late at night and again got a response and changed the appointment to Sunday. Jordan and Bee worked around us. The moment I welcomed Bee into our home, it felt right.
I was devasted, as was our 16 year old daughter. Bee didn't rush her, she was gentle, empathetic and supported us through saying goodbye in the kindest way. Amber was calm and slipped away peacefully on our daughter's knee. Bee is genuine and authentic in every way.
Louise brought Amber home friday evening at the time she stated, again working around us. Such care and thought every step of the way.
Thank you to the whole team at the loving vet. We let Amber go on her terms, and that is how it should be. Our furbabies are at the epicentre of everything Bee and her team do, this was apparent throughout 🐾🌈♥️
Very very kind and professional
Sad situation made 100% better by this service !! Our cat hated having to go vets and travel and stuff so there was no way I wanted her to have to go through it when she was in pain ! The lady came to our house and was really loving and caring and talked us through it all !! And then when it was done and carried our cat out to the lady’s car it was done out with flowers and looked really nice and was an extra special touch ! Thanks so much for all you did
Time to let go.😥
It was time to let my beautiful 13.75 year old Labrador Mollie go. I contacted The Loving Vet. An appointment was made for a home visit. Bee came and she was so sensitive and professional my girl didn't feel anything and it was so peaceful for her in her own home. Mollie was taken to the car for her last journey surrounded by flowers.
I would recommend this service 100%. Excellent communication and empathy shown throughout the whole emotional experience.

We contacted Bee shortly after we got a diagnosis that our Buddy didn't have long to live. We arranged a date and everything was explained to us in a very professional manner. The day itself was made so much easier than expected. Buddy was taken away with such respect and gentleness. You really are a special person to do this kindness to our pets. Thank you.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bee and her assistant Jordan. From the first point of contact to the actual appointment, everything was handled with warmth, humanity and sensitivity. I’m a very experienced owner, so I was prepared for the process, but everything was explained and taken at my own pace. Barclay went, relaxed and peaceful, with a full tum on his favourite rug. What more could I ask? I opted for a private cremation with ashes returned by hand. Price was never the main consideration in my choice, but the value for money for this bespoke service was the best of the options I had researched, including my own vet, who I’ve been with for over 30 years. I’ll be forever grateful, so thankyou Bee. I’m so grateful I found you.
Amazing service
This was the first time using the loving vet service and it really was first class. The lady vet was so kind and caring. She explained everything and made an unimaginably heart reaching time at the loss of my 16 year old dog a little easier knowing she had been treated with such compassion. First Class Service.
Amazing Service
Thank you so much for the service today very empathetic and really loved the attentiveness and how everything wasn't rushed and very well explained ....THANK YOU SO MUCH !! For making a painful experience so much more tolerable for both us and Alfie ❤️..
Honestly to be able to have the benefit of a service like this at home in a familiar environment for Alfie is something I can highly recommend, personal, stress free and something I'll never forget.
Thank you so much Bee
Thank you so so much Bee for your kind and gentle way you dealt with our cat Lenny. You had so much respect for us and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen right to the end … we are so lost beyond words I can’t find to say how utterly greatful we all our thank you once again for being kind and compassionate in how you dealt with Lenny xxxx
Outstanding
Both Jordan and Bee provide an extremely professional, helpful and compassionate service.
Bee came the same day to help with putting our beloved dog Alfie to final rest. She was so understanding, patient, gentle and informative at every step.
If you are ever needing this type of home care, I cannot recommend them enough. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
Bee was wonderful at such a very sad time.
On a Saturday in October our very elderly cat, Tarka, suddenly became very ill. She was distressed, in pain and very restless. We had known the time was coming as she was an old lady, and we had seen she was becoming frailer, but she had seemed OK, eating drinking etc, until that morning. We knew she was in pain that morning and it was clear the time had come to say goodbye.
Our usual vets, Vets4Pets, isn’t open at a weekend so I tried all the other vets locally. The ones that were open on a Saturday morning told me they were closing soon and suggested that I contact the Emergency Vet service, which I was told is in Clayton Le Dale. My cat was desperate, and I am disabled and can’t drive to Clayton Le Dale, so I was frantically phoning round everywhere. I was told that Cloud9 have a service where they will come to you at home, but when I phoned them I was told the local Cloud9 had closed.
Eventually, after an anxious search, I found The Loving Vet and thank goodness I did. Bee was able to come that afternoon and she was so kind, calm and considerate. If you ever need pet euthanasia (and I hope you don’t) then I absolutely recommend this service.
Bee was so gentle and calm that we were able to help our lovely cat settle a bit and stay calm. Bee gently talked us through everything she was going to do, taking it one step at a time and keeping us informed at every stage so we knew what to expect. She used a sedative first, so after that Tarka was more or less asleep. Bee took it slowly, making sure we were ready for each step, explaining what she was about to do and she was so gentle with her.
Although this has been such an upsetting experience and we are grieving the loss of our lovely pet, we could not have wished for a better ending (since it had to happen) because it was so gentle, calm and respectful. Bee asked us if we wanted some time with Tarka afterwards and she slipped out quietly so we could say our last goodbyes. She didn’t make us feel rushed, she understood our pain and we will always be grateful that she was there when we needed her.

The most amazing service!!
We are so devastated to have said goodbye to our beautiful and adorable little Shih Tzu, Pippa Lillybet.
We have loved her since she chose us before she was eight weeks old and from the day she came home at eight weeks and one day, she’s been a constant source of love and affection. Now, at 13 years and seven months, she let us know she’d had enough and we made the hardest decision of our lives, to let her go but we wanted it to be with dignity and respect.
We researched home euthanasia and came across The Loving Vet. Bee’s website is very personal and respectful and made us feel that we could trust her with a precious fur baby.
From the first contact with Jordan, Bee’s assistant, we knew we’d made the right choice. Jordan was helpful, caring, and responsive. We arranged to have Bee come the next day. She arrived on time and was lovely. She gave us time to let Pippa eat some human chocolate and for her to lie snuggled between her mummy and daddy.
Bee explained the process and gave us time to absorb it all. Pippa had a sedative and got so relaxed that I was able to trim the fur in between her pads so that I could get a paw print 🐾. When we were ready, Bee gave Pippa her ticket to cross the rainbow bridge and she drifted away with our love and tears and thanks surrounding her.
Bee wrapped our sweet girl in a blanket and I carried her out to the car. We couldn’t believe the care and attention to detail that Bee took. In the back of the car was a cosy duvet, a paw print blanket and lots of beautiful flowers. It was such a fitting way to honour a special member of our family and we will be forever grateful to Bee and Jordan for their compassion and kindness.
I cannot recommend The Loving Vet enough.
