Bad user experience! Lack of care for how there website fits in the wider ecosystem
When I click the link on UVS to buy a ticket, it takes me to the same event just on a different day, this means I have sorted travel plans and got time off work for an event that has been missold to me, and I thought I was buying for the correct day

I came here for my birthday and it was such great fun. Amazing memories and the coffee is fantastic!

Fice star performance.
The item that I ordered was out of stock, but they allowed me to download the electronic version, so that there was something that I could show at Christmas, because it was to be a present.
Once the item had been received from the suppliers it was packed securely and sent on 48-hour delivery, and I received it, safe and undamaged, withing two working days.
Whenever I contacted them, the staff were polite and helpful, so yes, five star performance.
