I have now recieved x3 gorgeous fragant cards,i love the smell so much i ordered the oil which i use in my oil burner,friends have commented on the smell like a posh hotel when you come in my house.
I have to say the cards are still smelling gorgeous.

What a joy to receive a hand crafted living card. Opening, the scents are intoxicating, flowers lovingly created. Mother’s Day card from my daughter in Australia. Still smiling days after and it will last unlike a bouquet of flowers. Many thanks to all the artists.

Paid extra for a next day delivery service, and guess what its not next day. This will now not arrive in time for my wife's 50th so I have to go and sort something else.

Appalling service

Just recieved the beautiful card I ordered only 2 days ago for my daughters wedding.
It's absolutely exquisite and smells so beautiful.
I can't wait to give it to her.

I would give no stars if it were possible
I ordered a card for my sister in law’s 70th birthday
I ordered one with a birthstone crystal. It arrived quickly and on first impressions was beautifully packaged
However, the text on the front of the card was hardly readable due to the font which you don’t get a choice of.
There was a dirty splurge on the front and the top corner was bent down.
Inside, the message was not central on the page. The standard was not good
I messaged customer service and was told they would get back to me. A day late and I got an email saying that as far as they were concerned it was what I had ordered and they wear gloves to make the cards so this was acceptable.
I emailed back to say it was not acceptable to me and I have heard nothing back so I presume they have made their decision.
I cannot give this card to someone in the condition it’s in. It wasn’t cheap so money wasted. There is no phone number to talk to anyone
I will not be using them again
Disgusting way to treat customers

Ordered a wedding card for my daughter and son in law. Arrived quickly but extremely disappointed when I looked at the card. The crystal was hanging off and the bow wasn't secured and creased. The box it was supposed to be given in had the Company logo on the front. I have since ordered another card from another Company.

I ordered a handmade, scented card for our wedding anniversary. It was absolutely beautiful and delivered in good time. Thank you so much and I will definitely order from you again. :-)

I ordered an expensive birthday card for my wife with extra cost of £11 for up to 7 day track and trace international delivery.
After 14 days (and well after my wife’s birthday) the card has still not arrived.
It was only possible to track the card up until the 9th day with nothing after that.
The worst thing is that the so called “Luxe Co” have shown little or no interest in the delay other than saying “it because of the pandemic”, whereas other deliveries have all arrived within one week.
My advice would be to steer clear of this company who are very happy to take your money for their expensive gifts and then wash their hands of it once you have paid.
