Is it Authentic?? Update

I recently purchased a "Gucci" pearl buckle belt that after closer examination I believe is not authentic. I purchased this belt as a replacement for the same belt I purchased through Gucci directly but lost.
I notified Customer Service and am awaiting their response. I want to return it and be refunded for the purchase price. An update as of 2/20/2026 - I have been refunded the purchase price of this item but unfortunately the duty and taxes I am stuck with.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever , pls don’t deal with them they take your item , resell it and take 90% of the price for them selves .. if you request return you pay for your item again
.. horrible customer service . Returned items shows sign of wear ,,I gave them the items brand new when I request return it’s used condition missing tags .. even if you purchase from them they refuse to resell the item

I am extremely disappointed by my…

I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience. I specifically traveled from Paris to Dubai to deposit my bag at your boutique. This involved a 12-hour flight each way, not counting the hours I had to arrive early at the airport. I’ve invested so much time, money, and efforts.

I stayed exactly 24 hours in Dubai and did not even have time to visit the city, as my sole purpose was to consign my bag with your team. Despite this effort, my bag was rejected due to an inability to authenticate.

I genuinely do not understand why your company encourages clients to consign Hermès bags if your team is not even capable of authenticating and recognizing a genuine Hermès piece.

This experience makes me reluctant to consign other bags in the future, including my Kelly 28 in black crocodile and other pieces. I expected much more professionalism and care given the circumstances and the value of the items involved.
