Absolutely love my shutters. Very satisfied and was a quick job.

From the outset, I knew I was getting value for money with this company. Brett is not only an excellent salesman but honest too. Nathan who fitted the blinds was respectful within our home ( even took his shoes off without being asked). The end product has made my front lounge look amazing thanks to The Luxury Shutters Company. I will definitely be paying them to install my upstairs shutters.

I have had my motorised roller blinds for a few years now and I have to say they are as good as the day they were installed:)
Brett has a great knowledge of his products and installation was delivered in a timely manor and with professionalism.

I am really pleased with my shutters. Nathan was very friendly and professional. They were installed really quickly and everything was left clean.They make such a difference, brightening the rooms. I would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the whole process was a breeze, communication was fantastic throughout the whole process, with regular updates on the progress of my order.
It was a little wait but it was so worth it in the end, and the quality of these shutters compared to some other companies is second to none.
The installation of them was perfect, and everything tidied and all rubbish removed once the job was completed.

I Will not hesitate to use this company for any other blind/shutter needs in the future.

The initial appointment with Brett was fantastic, he was very informative and also brought samples with him for us to take a look at (unlike some other local companies). We really liked the animated visuals shared it helped us to understand how the shutters would open/close. This service was 5*.

The communication post ordering could be improved a tiny bit. We had to chase Brett for an update on delivery timings and also requested a copy of our invoice to be sent to us for the deposit (this never came but appreciate things can get lost in the ether). Some would call this pedantic but we thought the comms post ordering could have been abit better.

Nathan's fitting was 10/10. I was shocked at how quickly he installed the shutters and he was very courteous. Nathan cleaned up everything, took all the rubbish away and did a fantastic job. The finish is great!

All in all we absolutely would recommend this company to friends and family and would use them again for future projects.

We are chuffed with the shutters and its really changed the look of the house. Thanks so much!

We had three quotes from different companies, and we chose The Luxury Shutter Company because their prices were very competitive and because Brett, who quoted, was very professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. There was absolutely no pressure to order, and when I considered other blind options, Brett was more than happy to re-attend and provide a different quote. I really liked his attitude, unlike the attitude of another company who quoted.
The quote for the shutters came with a 3D diagram, showing how they would open/close and look etc.. for each window. Even that was highly professional, unlike the two other quotes I received.
From the point of ordering we were provided with regular updates and when we had to push back the fitting, they were more than happy to accommodate us.
The service received from the outset to the fitting was outstanding.
I hasten to add that our house is officially wonky so Brett and Nathan (it might be Nathaniel???) worked miracles to fit the blinds. Needless to say we are over the moon with our fabulous shutters.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I had shutters fitted in my whole house and I could not be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish it has been such an easy journey and the whole team made sure to make this experience positive.
Everyone were professional and friendly and nothing was ever a bother. They kept me up date from day 1 of me placing the order. The prices are very competitive and much less than the big well known companies. The quality is superb.
Nathaniel has done the installation for me and he clearly is a master of his profession. Highly recommend.

The service we received from Maisie and Brett was absolutely brilliant, from start to finish! They met us in our home and did the survey, we received the quote and placed the order the same day, and they just finished fitting the blinds earlier today. The blinds look quite incredible and we are so thrilled - our new home looks really beautiful, thanks in part to them both. Had Brett out again to measure for the back of the house after completing the front awhile back. Nathan came and installed the shutters for us the other week and they look incredible. Very happy with the overall service. 100% recommend this company.
