The goggles are great, but the customer service is even better. They were very helpful finding the best fit for my face and are extremely responsive. Will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

Product is well made and customization is key for having best fit possible around eyes. The goggles last several months in pool before needing replacement.

My son loves his goggles, but I contacted because my son broke the nosepiece. I emailed CS at 9pm and received a confirmation that it was received in minutes. By morning I received a response and resolution. Couldn’t be happier. I wish all CS was this good!

I ordered two pairs of goggles which cost me $260. This is a very high amount of money, but I was willing to pay it for two quality pairs of goggles one for myself and one for my daughter. when the package arrived only one pair of goggles was in the package. I have contacted the company by phone email and through their Chatbot, but I have not received any responses although automated responses keep saying one would come within 24 hours. It is not possible to speak with a customer service agent even during call centre hours, you have to leave a message. This is very frustrating to have spent a premium amount of money for a product and not to be able to access customer service when there is a significant issue with the order.

The goggles are amazing. They fit so well, are super light and make me faster lol. Well maybe not faster but I look fast in them

The product itself is great. These are definitely the best goggles I ever had, no leaking, no fogging, crystal clear view even for hours. The case is also nice and comfortable. The only critical point was the delivery time which seemed to be a bit long, to be honest.

Great homepage, easy navigation and awesome videos. I made the decision to go for the magic5 because I love new tech and great service. I trusted them, I was very excited to get my hands on the goggles and it is purely fantastic. I just tried it once for a 90 min training session. Had to adjust it a few times and now it is ready for swimming thousands of lines. So far no fog issues. The service, even between Christmas and New year was fantastic. Very fast delivery. Btw the newsletter is very interesting.

Order went well, that was end of December, now we are at end of January and still no sign of a delivery. They have taken a detour through Germany on their way from Denmark to Sweden. Makes absolutely no sense. When trying to get hold of someone at customer service at Magic5 there is only silence. Will definitely not order again.

Great customer service. My initial pair of glasses did not fit properly; however, they were promptly replaced, and I am currently employing the most exceptional pair of glasses I have ever owned.

Easy to do bought some for wife and she was delighted with them. Only thing I would say is if you’ve ordered before for someone else and then a different user it’s bit stressful having to rescan face for someone else on same account

The quality of these goggles is not what is advertised. The material is cheap overall - the anti-fog doesn't actually work, the frame of the googles is fragile and the straps are an after thought. I've been swimming for decades and I am disappointed in the quality of these googles. Not worth 100$+! I voiced my concerns with the company and they are ignoring my request.
