Pre ordered an item. Vert easy process. Was kept fully informed of progress of my order and updated emails when it was about to ship and when it was dispatched. Great prices and reasonable delivery costs. Great regular emails with announcements of new products so I was able to order an item I didn't even know was being released. Highly recommend

My items that I ordered arrived quickly, they are so cute. One of the items was damaged and when reported I was advised another was being sent and they were very apologetic for this. The service I received was very good and I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
