Defective product and nonexistent customer service. A total scam and ripoff. They have been reported to the BBB dozens of times and have poor reviews everywhere EXCEPT their own website. They should be shut down for fraud.

The diffuser didn't come with any instructions. The video on the website that shows how to use it was for an older model. A charging cable was not included with the diffuser. I contacted customer support and they told me since they're so inexpensive I could buy my own. I think for the price that should be included. I was going to return the diffuser, but found out there was a large restocking fee if I did.
