Floating tap water feature
Wanted a floating tap water feature and knew this wasn’t going to be huge. It was under £30 and although Amazon were supplying this a pound less and it would have been delivered a little quicker, I bought direct. Very attractive piece just s shame the pump wasn’t a tad more powerful as there is no sound of trickling water. Overal v pleased.

Awful company!!!!!
Same as previous review. Solar water feature bought from The Magic Toy Shop via Amazon. Stopped working after 3-4 weeks. Contacted company and they refused to do anything about our problem. Because it was outside their 30 day return policy. Its not fit for purpose. Amazon just as bad not interested. Would not buy from this company again or recommend it.

very poor service
very poor service bought a solar fountain from them costing £80 it stopped working after 5 weeks. Contacted TMTS to sort it out and there response was due to the fact that it was over a month since I bought it they were not prepared to do anything about it do not buy anything from this company it is not worth the risk

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely dreadful service.
£100 Item ordered never arrived (unsurprisingly considering they use Evri - probably the worst carrier currently operating).
Despite clear tracking information confirming their chosen delivery 'service' had as usual, failed to do their job, TMTS repeatedly refused to provide a refund until they 'received the item back'. Having never received it in the first place, this was obviously completely beyond my control but TMTS seem oblivious to their obligations as a seller and, for that matter, current UK legislation.
Situation eventually resolved by Amazon (in less than an hour) who were brilliant.
I wouldn't touch TMTS with a barge pole.

Unfulfilled order
We ordered 24 pieces of garden edging but only received a box of 15. We were charged for 24 and when I contacted customer services I had to have a bit of a barter to get more sent. Turns out they didn't supply 24 so I had to get a refund then order another box of 15, so I now have an extra 6 bits of edging which I may or may not use. Don't think I will order anything from this retailer again.
