Great for dining
I wanted to use it as a central table support for a cheese platter, dessert, main meal dish for everyone to help themselves. Does the job and being tempered glass can take hot dishes.

The Dinosaurs i ordered were lovely but after ordering one and then another 2 together i was sent all the same ones, I would have thought i would get 3 different ones or at least 2 different ones when I ordered 2 together so now i have 3 the same which i was a bit upset about.

Order a bubble lawnmower for a birthday gift it arrived but it was not working the bubbles are not coming out so have been in touch and will have to return and had to buy another gift

Play cleaning set
We ordered a cleaning set for our grandchildren, it has been played with everyday. The stand is great for keeping the cleaning accessories tidy.

Unfulfilled order and poor packaging
I ordered four solar lamps for the garden. Two arrived and they were partially damaged. I dealt with the damage as best I could and contacted the firm which required a photo. They offered a partial refund which I accepted since the lamps still worked. They also refunded the part of the order that they did not fulfil.
Their problem was carelessness in their reading of the order and insufficient packaging to prevent damage. There was no fragile sticker. Someone did it in a great hurry.

Terrible customer service
Still battling with them to get a refund for a faulty product which they expect me to pay return postage on! They are now ignoring my emails.
Photos of the faulty item have already been sent in 3 times.....the refund has been approved but they are ignoring my emails requesting a prepaid return label now!

This football net is just…perfect!
This football net is just amazing…..perfect size for my 2 year old nephew - it was his favourite present! Small enough to have up in his playroom so that he can practise scoring goals even when it’s cold and wet outside. Great that it folds away too as he now wants to take it wherever they go!
