After many years of losing myself to family, work, and many other external forces, I came across James on Facebook. Reading what he had to say about how he could help men like me, men who had lost their way and sense of self in the confusion of life, made so much sense to me.

He's the real deal with NO BS and no ulterior motive other than to help you to be the best version of you that you could possibly be. The man coach programme has been developed with a balance of coaching and accountability which gives you the tools to improve all areas of your life, working on five pillars and then planning and execution to improve and develop yourself . The use of the mighty app then adds the community which makes the training come together , and the learning from others adds to enjoyment . It really is an impressive programme for change.
