I’m genuinely disappointed with my…

I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience ordering from The Marathon Clothing.

I placed my order on April 10th and over a month later I’m still being given vague “your order is processing” responses with no firm dispatch date — despite paying for express delivery.

What makes this worse is the lack of transparency. Every reply feels generic and avoids actually explaining what’s going on. After looking on Trustpilot, I’ve seen many other customers describing the exact same issue.

The frustrating part is that I’m actually a big fan of Nipsey Hussle and what he stood for. That’s the reason I wanted to support the brand in the first place. But the customer service and fulfillment experience is seriously hurting the reputation of a brand that means a lot to people.

Customers can accept delays if companies communicate honestly. What’s difficult to accept is being left in the dark for weeks with no real answers.

I really hope they improve their operations and communication because the brand deserves better than this.

Don’t get scammed

I ordered 3 shirts from the marathon website it’s now almost Christmas and I haven’t received an email on the tracking number nor have I received my shirts don’t get scammed

I just want to point out something this white boy loves thematathonclothing store online I'm the only white boy in this little oregon town rocking your guys clothing and I wear it proudly never ever would I think I would and the chance to by nipsey hussle clothing brand he is one hell of a man I watch alot of interviews on YouTube about this man and I'm just like dang this dude is really real music is bad ass and only two people in this little tow of less than 39 000 people know about this brand hella sick when I placed my first order I saved over $500.00 dallors my first shipment and was hella stoked I bout the all money in white t shirt 5 xl because I'm hella fat also I bout more then one t shirt all different color's like 5 then I also bought the all black color all money in hat that what $100.00 and also a pair of pumas all white that says marathon on the side hate to point out the obvious but I look alot better now and not like a bum and that's nice I love the shoes so much I have put them on less then 30 time and put them right back in the box for safe keeping when it comes down to it I think I'm the only one out here in oregon that's gots these shoes this clothing brand means alot to us out there and when it comes down to it I will fight for these clothing and no one will take it from me!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

I placed an order on june 19th, 2025 and have not received my item to date Aug. 5th, 2025.
The Maration Clothing debited my account immediately and send a confirmation email with out any tracking information.
After not recieving my item for almost 2 months, I sent them tens of emails and made tens of phone calls. As of now, I have not received my package, or any communication. After days of repettive phone calls to their voice mail, I received an email saying my order was cancelled and my payment has been refunded. The refund was showing as pending in my account and the next day the refund disappeared. THIS IS A SCAM. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE MARATHON CLOTHING.

Marathon is over for me

I absolutely hate this company Big Fan of Nip But the company are tarnishing his name and legacy 6 months for 2 sweaters I still haven't received. It's funny how these fools prioritise all these celebrities with free clothes and can't sort paying customers in decent time frames. By the time I will receive my order if I receive it it will be out of season and old. Never again

This has been one of the worst shopping…Worst Customer Service – Had to Chase Them Everywhere!

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I placed my order on December 30, 2024, and they completely ignored me for weeks! I emailed multiple times, messaged them on Instagram, and even tried calling—no response. Only after constant pressure did they finally reply, and instead of giving me a clear shipping date, they just offered to cancel my order.

This is beyond unprofessional. A real business should take responsibility and communicate with customers instead of ignoring them.

At this point, I expect:
✔ A confirmed shipping date instead of vague excuses.
✔ Compensation for the frustrating delays and terrible customer service.

It's shocking how a brand with such a reputation treats its customers so poorly. If you’re thinking of ordering from here—DON’T. Save yourself the stress and spend your money somewhere that actually values its customers.

Placed an order on November 20th..

Placed an order on November 20th... When they reached out I was told they had a high volume of orders.. Not to mention I did 2 day shipping... i reached back out to nake a long story short they refunded me 10% off of a 250 dollar purchase. It's now January 2nd and still haven't received any tracking information about my order... I love the clothing from them but they either need to hire more people or figure out a better plan to get people's merchandise out... Im not understanding the issue

Wish I could give them a 0. I ordered on sept 1st 2024. Shipping was 3-5 days. I emailed them first on the 17th and they gave me the ‘we’re a bit delayed due to our Labour Day sale’ then nothing. So I emailed them again on the 23rd September to say look I still haven’t received anything at all, I’d like the tracking number now or a refund. They said ‘we’ve looked into it and have found there to be a high number of ordered for the Crenshaw limited edition top I ordered, they’re working on it as fast as possible to get my order shipped out’ they then gave me a 10% off voucher code to use by October 13th (why they think I’d go back and buy something else is beyond me) and told me to wait 10 days from this email if I still haven’t received anything. Me being me emailed them back straight away and said I’d really like to know where my order is or just get a refund. Of course my email was not replied to. So I emailed them again Tuesday, 24th September 2024 saying the same and I’d like a refund. Ignored. So I’ve messaged again today. 26th September 2024 saying I want a refund or I am reporting the issue to the provider I purchased the item from. No customer service skills or nothing this ‘company’ just full on scams. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

AVOID

I placed an order on 22/03/2024 and received a confirmation email. Then, radio silence. I emailed customer services on 04/04/2024 who advised I should expect a shipping confirmation email to arrive soon. I sent an email during the week and received nothing back. It’s now been 16 days since I’ve received any communication from this company. AVOID. They are tarnishing Nip’s name.

i dont understand why you people no entiendo?? i dont want my rag. put a google logo on your shirts for all i care because you people dont question reality enough. your false idol wasnt vegan. yall suck. not one shirt on your website says vegan on it or anything about your production. BLACK COTTON

I have been street hustled by TMC

I ordered several items and didn't got everything delivered. Waiting for over 6 weeks now. I also returned hunderds of dollars in goods back to their return center because of the wrong size.
Now suddenly my account is deleted, i cant get hold of anyone, the telephone numbers are not working and the service department is not replying on any of my mails. I don't know what these guys are doing but it feels like they started to hustle people for real. Not Nipsey worthy at all thats for sure.
