I’m builder sub contractor.I did work with market (arron) i did so many work with them..they refused to paid me my balance £11,500
Whenever I called them asking for money disconnected my calls i’m gonna review them online social media sites tiktok,insta,facebook.never recommend this company never ever..

Totally and utterly disrespectful of other people's property.
They have located a skip on our property without consent and refused to move it, which was blocking the access to my car parking space.
This has happened previously but again they do not give a shit of the disruption to other people by their actions.

TMDB review

We moved in to a flat that had been built and was managed by TMDB. We had to move out as soon as we could because of countless issues with both the flag itself and the owner - Aaron Money.

The first red flag was after agreeing to a move in date and preparing for it, they told us they didn’t have all the necessary paperwork to allow anyone to move in and wouldn’t until an unknown amount of time. This ended up pushing our move in date back by more than a month, which extremely frustrated and caused many issues for us.

When we eventually got the keys and went to the flat it was filthy. In the contract it had said that the flat would be professionally cleaned before moving in but that very obviously had not happened. There was building dust everywhere and even urine all over the toilet. It took a long time for us to clean it so that we could move in . After much discussion with the landlord he agreed to take this in to consideration when we left and get a clean done then.

The next issue was the gas to the property. We had gas leaks multiple times and gas workers came out and told us it had not been installed with the right pipes and just was generally installed badly. Aaron Money was very rude and unhelpful to us when we called about this even calling my partner a ‘pr*ck’ on the phone before hanging up. Eventually he got someone round to fix the issue. This worker showed up in no uniform in a rental car so we had our doubts as to if he was gas certified or not (especially after them being installed wrong to start with), we very politely asked him to show his gas safe license to us and he said he didn’t have one with him and got very angry and rude with us. The gas was not fixed after this and it leaked again, it took another round of gas engineers being called out before the problem was fixed.

We had been in the flat for a few months at the point and there still had been no cleaner employed so the communal areas were filthy. Aaron Money had told us not to contact him at this point and given us another number to call. This number never worked as no one answered so we had to try to talk to Aaron again which was very hard.

Most of the other tenants in the using got so fed up they broke their contract to leave early. We waited until the 6 month break clause and left as soon as we could. He went silent after this and didn’t give us our deposit back , we had to go through a lawyer and the estate agents to finally get our money back after months of leaving.

He also has sent us multiple emails in the past asking us to pay hundreds to him without an explanation of why. When we questioned this they said it was an accident. I’m sure they are scam artists.

This was not nearly all of the issues we had but this review would turn into an essay if I mentioned them all. I wish I could leave 0 stars , this was the worst renting experience you could imagine. We still have contact with the current occupants of the flat so we know they are still having issues now. Avoid this company at all costs.
