I ordered a bed for the 30th April. DID NOT ARRIVE.when I contacted them all I got was it will be there. No apologies nothing. I slept on the floor for 2 days while I sorted another bed. I’m disabled and this is a disgusting way to be treated. Stay away from.

I would buy from him again for sure. He went way out of his way to get the right mattress for my son. I appreciate his willingness, patience, and attention to detail. Every part of my girlfriend and my experience with Mattress Nation was amazing! We walked in needing a mattress, picked it out that day, and had fantastic customer service--David gave us a great deal and helpful tips on living here since we just moved from Michigan! Delivery was on time, lightning fast, and the two guys doing it (Ben and Ben) were both super friendly and added to an already great experience with Mattress Nation!

On the day we closed escrow and needed two new sets of mattreses for the night, we stopped in at Santa Cruz Matress Nation to talk with store owner Ryan Shatto. Ryan is a professional who knows the matttress business well. He listened to our needs and we concluded our purchases with ease . As promised, Ryan had the king and queen mattresses delivered that afternoon to our delight. No sleeping on the floor!

We just purchased our second mattress from Mattress Nation. Both times we had excellent service and are very happy. The staff was very knowledgeable about their product and guided us to the proper firmness for our needs. We won't be shopping anywhere else.

David, at the Lighthouse Ave. location in Monterey, was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The showroom was clean, uncluttered, and provided a wide variety to see, and test. David patiently walked me through, and explained about the different types, based on my concerns, health issues, and sleep position. I tried a few before I ended up with a Stearns & Foster. I haven't slept this well in a long while. It was delivered for free, and installed on time, and quickly. They took away my old set free of charge too. The delivery crew were great, and also provided tips, and helpful info for the foundation. All staff i have encountered were friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I highly recommend Mattress Nation.
