I ordered 2 pairs of trousers last May. I saw their advertisement on Youtube. One item was stained. I emailed 4 times to request a return and my money back but got no response. Now the website is gone and the company doesnot even exist anymore.
Emailing the company now would seem to be useless.

I placed an order (#3876) with this company on April 30th, 2025, and to this day, I have not received my package. From the start, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

First of all, the company appears to be based in China, not the Netherlands as I initially believed. This means delivery takes much longer than expected – they told me to wait at least 30 days. Unfortunately, even that deadline has passed, and still no package.

The customer service is almost non-existent. Since my purchase, I’ve sent nearly 10 emails, and received only one response back on May 6th with their policy link, which was completely unhelpful. They sent me a tracking link that doesn’t work – it just says “no information found.” I told them this immediately, but they never followed up.

I also requested a refund and order cancellation, but again – no response at all.

This company is not professional, not trustworthy, and based on my experience, feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them. Don’t be fooled by the website or confirmation emails – they mean nothing if your order never arrives and your concerns are ignored.
