Impressive how fast the email responses are — the “within 10 minutes” claim is genuinely accurate. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, as long as you stay consistent with it. Overall, it’s a great concept and very well executed.

Is this text app? / Sketchy face scan

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my experience with the app. The one daily video provided is excellent, but I’m disappointed that so much of the other content is just text. I paid for a visual guide, not a reading app. I expected comprehensive video demonstrations, rather than text descriptions I could easily find elsewhere - any AI tool would easily provide that for free. Furthermore, the face scan tool is frustrating— there is no clear indication of when a scan starts or finishes, and I am unable to review the photos before they are submitted. This makes it difficult to know if the scan is accurate. I hope the developers can make the app more video-centric and fix the scan transparency. It would really help me if the team could address these issues and respond to me. This experience will ultimately determine my decision on whether or not to continue my subscription. I look forward to hearing from you.

Regarding the face scan, it starts automatically once you position your face and tap “start,” and the screen shows which area is being analyzed during the process. That said, we understand it may not feel clear enough, and your feedback helps us improve.

Your response is not only inadequate, it is unacceptable.

I have already made it absolutely clear that I have never created an account, never downloaded your app, and never subscribed to any of your services. I have also provided clear evidence (including screenshots) proving that no account or activity exists on your platform linked to me.

Despite this, you have charged my card.

Your attempt to dismiss this with explanations such as “a typo” or “a different email address” is not only implausible, it is deeply concerning. Charging a payment method without verified ownership and explicit authorization is a serious violation and strongly calls into question your internal controls and business practices.

Let me state this one final time, unequivocally:

I did NOT authorize any subscription
I do NOT have any account with your company
I have already provided sufficient evidence
These transactions are unauthorized

At this stage, this is no longer a support inquiry — this is a case of unauthorized billing.

I have already initiated contact with my bank and the chargeback process is underway. Further actions are being prepared.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate without hesitation, including formal complaints to financial regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies.

You are now required to:

Immediately terminate any alleged subscription linked to my details
Issue a full and immediate refund of all unauthorized charges
Provide written confirmation that my payment data has been permanently removed and will not be used again

Do NOT request any further information that has already been provided.

This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter promptly and professionally before it is escalated further.

You contacted our support team regarding unauthorized charges. From the very beginning, our team made multiple attempts to investigate and resolve the issue — including offering a full refund and immediate cancellation of any related subscription.

However, to locate any transaction in a secure payment system, a minimal “identifier” is always required. Without this, it is technically impossible to identify or reverse any charge — not just in our system, but in any legitimate payment infrastructure.

In your case, despite several requests and alternative options provided by our team, this identifying information was not supplied. As a result, we were unable to locate the transaction or proceed with the refund.

We fully understand that sharing any data can feel uncomfortable in a situation like this. At the same time, the details we requested (e.g. transaction receipt or partial card reference) are standard, non-sensitive, and specifically designed to protect users while enabling investigation.

To be absolutely clear:

- We are ready to refund all charges in full
- We are ready to terminate any associated subscription immediately
- We are ready to provide full transparency on the transaction

— but this can only be done once we are able to securely identify the payment.

If you are open to resolving this, you can send a receipt for the transaction(s) (a PDF file from your bank or payment provider) to our support team, and we will prioritize your request to resolve it immediately.

Our goal here is simple: to return your funds and close this matter properly.

I loved all the skin care…

I loved all the skin care recommendations and skin care tips. I have yet to try all of the products they have recommended. Apparently, it’s a bit expensive for a trial subscriptions with add on trial included which a bit confusing for me.

Unauthorized charges on card and no trace of email subscription

My husband and I have never heard of this company. Yet his credit card (which I use only to purchase our groceries) was charged monthly fees since December 2025.!(4 times now). He's not into beauty, and I don't even wear makeup and feel its a waste of my time and money on such things. We can't find any email records of a subscription, which makes sense because both of us are not interested. We don't know how they got a hold of the card info but we blocked them ad will ask for a refund immediately. I believe this is a SCAM.
