The food is always well seasoned, cooked to perfection and it takes the hassle out of portion control. The only meal prep service I have used that consistently delivers on taste and quality

(although the boiled veg wasn't even seasoned!?) The vegan option was OK but the meals were delivered late and the rice was severely undercooked and therefore inedible! Shocking for a catering company to just shove uncooked and bland food out the door late, in order to just about make the lunchtime delivery and not risk contractual breach. Our group of kids were rightly disappointed by this amateurish service. Undercooked food is also unhealthy, in addition to false advertising. Chefs should be ashamed!

The perfect arrangement for my lunches! I really look forward to the delicious meals and they change the menu every week so I don't get bored! My favs are jerk chicken, jollof rice with coleslaw and their lasagne are amazing!!!

I loved the plantain curry & bean stew, they both had a real deep flavour. I also liked that the green veg was not over cooked, as a vegetarian it’s really important for me to retain the vitamins.

The convenience of meal preps has made such a difference to my day to day, not only are the meals super healthy and leaving me feeling full but not bloated. They are full of flavour, the meals are delicious and have such a lovely variety. I couldn’t recommend the meal team anymore, there service and quality has made me enjoy healthy balanced meals.
