However, since then they have stopped responding as soon as I asked for a refund because the theme wouldn't work on one of my sites.

Themeansar is one of the best WordPress theme companies out there. There themes work beautifully out of the box and most do not require a heavy addition of other plugins to get them to work and look like the pictures you might see on their demo website or in the WordPress theme directory.

Additionally they have top notch responsive support to assist users if they encounter issues, whether they have paid for the theme or not. Of course their technical expertise would be the best on a theme they designed but working with their technical support is hassle free and painless and they will assist with whatever issue you might be encountering with their theme, or they will point you in the right direction if something outside the theme is at fault.

So if you're looking for a new theme or just like good ones head over to themeansar.com and look over their themes and if you see one you like, then head to their demo section and give the theme a test drive, you'll thank yourself later.

Misleading Product, No Support, Refund Refused

I purchased a theme that was completely unusable due to critical errors during setup. The demo import failed, and the theme caused fatal crashes on a clean WordPress install that met all requirements.

Despite multiple detailed support requests and proof of the issues, I received dismissive replies and no actual help. Their support team asked for login credentials instead of resolving the fault or honouring their advertised refund policy.

After several attempts, they continued to evade responsibility and delayed resolution until I threatened a formal dispute.

This is not a professional operation — they sell broken products, provide no real support, and make refund processes deliberately difficult.

Avoid this seller.

their themes looks ok but they are pretty useless because adsense doesn't approve them because of the blocks design they use. also, the thumbnails are too wide, and even by testing out their child themes, I can tell that the pro versions wouldn't be much different. I would suggest a different theme company if you are looking for a "breaking news" styled theme for you website. it's much better ones out there for free. I've never had this much trouble getting adsense approved, or my pages getting indexed in search engines.

I use Blogpaper, one of their sports site templates which is free. Really easy to use and navigate. Lots of good tools to customize the layout, especially on the home page. Their tech staff if you set up an account on their website are great and prompt. Quick fixes. Usually respond within 24 hours.

have built dozens of Joomla sites over the years. I decided to rebuild in Wordpress, Simple Tasks in wordpress have been frustrating. I purchased Templates from Newup / themeansar... The company was helpful and patient to deal with... Adam was incredibly helpful with my many inquires. IT is hard to find quality customer support... they nailed it!!! Thank you again. Mark

Blogboom Blogus Lite Two and Three Themes. Completely useless and the response from Themeansar is a joke. Plugin One Click Ansar Import doesn't work. Either they are completely overworked or they don't give a crap. Either way, forget about creating a blog with this theme. I am stuck with an unresponsive theme after having artwork created. It's like having a pretty car with no engine. No stars.

AVOID THIS THEME. It's total rubbish, it's a scam. They will never answer you, you will never get a refund in case of dissatisfaction with the product. It's a bad support service, mine is a bad experience and I tell anyone who wants to deal with these scoundrels, I ask you to avoid and think of other themes to pay for, because these from themeansar.com are ugly and scarce
