Lovely bit of meat, delivered in good time for Xmas, and good value.

Ordered a halal forerib of beef @4.9kg. Compared to other options online, it was very good value.

Delivered on time as promised, was vacuum packed with dry ice and arrived in perfect condition. Has been butchered beautifully: trimmed but with a nice layer of protecting fat on top. Rib meat itself was well marbled and ruby red in colour.

I immediately salted it for uncovered dry brining in fridge for 2 days before I roast but am very confident it will be sensational!

Very easy to order and order arrived on date given. Quality of meat exceptional. Use the butcher's regularly and this did not disappoint. Thanks

Meat was delicious and competitively priced - Beef prime rib roast. I would certainly buy again. I would have given 5 stars, but the communication was very poor. I was sweating a little when I hadn’t heard of a delivery time or confirmation of my delivery so close to Christmas. They were very difficult to get hold of on the phone and the replies on the chat were 24 hours later. But it all worked out well - would be happy to recommending.

Wow! Meat ordered, very fast delivery and well packaged. Cooked my topside beef Christmas Day and wow! The beef was exquisite! Tender, lean, tasty and possibly the best beef I have ever brought and tasted. Absolutely beautiful! 5* is not enough easily a 10*. Will definitely buy again from this Company! Thank you!

Amazing tasty meat provided every time. I have been using TMM continuously now for some time and they never fail to deliver. The portions within the meat packs are great and really do deliver a week of meals for our household. The value of the mega packs is brilliant and allows me to stock our freezer to the full.
