The best hosting company out there

Seriously, these guys are amazing. The support has been insane and the website builder is incredibly easy to use. Themecloud comes with loads more features than any other hosting site I have been too, all for the same price and the extra security is a huge bonus.

If you are not sure about anything just get in touch with them, Laurent is always super helpful.

I really cannot say enough good things about Themecloud.io. My experience so far with them has been stellar.

First, Laurent and team are the definition of Customer Service. I have engaged with many sales and support calls in the past but Laurent is up there in terms of responsiveness, eagerness to help, patience, promptness, knowledge, and the list goes on.

The tagline on their site, "We help web designers spend less time managing websites, more time creating value for clients", isn't just hype. It's a fact I've experienced first hand. No matter how many questions, concerns, or issues I throw at them, they are able to address it promptly and gracefully, often even going above and beyond by offering to give you an extra hand when most support staff from other companies would've already left you to fend for yourself. This is simply a great way of doing business.

Secondly, the platform itself is what they advertised. It's one of the simplest and well designed hosting platform I've used. It takes out a lot of the technical clutter & information overload so you can focus on what you do best, design and deploy sites with ease. Plus, they promote security and performance right off the bat.

Dare I say, they're on par with WP Engine but at a much more reasonable rate which is impressive. Therefore, cheaper $$$ doesn't necessarily equate to cheaper product or service with Themecloud.io. They're definitely a lot easier to use, look at, and deal with compared to most hosting providers out there.

I'm already starting to recommend them to others. So far, I am a very satisfied customer.
