Order never delivered and refund not processed

I had placed an order on 2 May, the order was cancelled by the company on 7th May and there was no communication. I waited for the refund to happen but there was not refund until July 15. I tried to reach the company but there is no response.

The phone number and the email were not reachable, after a lot of search and trying to reach through different means I found a working number on which I got a response, the gentle man responded at the other end and after investigation promised a delivery in three days, I hope my order turns up.

They need to improve the services to do better in the competitive online business.
