I wouldn’t recommend this company for two main reasons:

Poor Support: The support is terrible. I’ve been waiting for three weeks for a solution, and all they’ve given me are excuses. For example, they said someone was on vacation, but it was only for two days.

Limited Customisation: This templates are very rigid. If you just want to copy the demo and change the text, it’s fine. But if you want to customise anything, you’re out of luck. You can’t even change the colours or move the blocks around because it’s stuck in a section-based layout.

They have now refused to offer support as I have provided a negative review.

Also, they said I want extra customization, but this is not true. All other templates I have bought from here have not been as inflexible and rigid as this one. They keep berating me and blaming this issue on me. Despite me never once asking for customization, they keep saying it's my fault because I am asking for custom design. Being able to change the colours and the order of blocks is normal template work. The fact that this template is so rigid/inflexible is clearly a fault of the author.

I bought a theme from here called "Blurb Money Making WordPress Theme for Affiliate Marketing". The theme is a complete waste of time and is nothing like what was shown in the demo. The customer support here is extremely poor, with replies taking 24 to 48 hours just for one message, in order to quickly finish the 6-month customer support period. Even if you buy their customer support, the theme is still not built properly. If anyone new purchases it, they will just end up crying. Their service is a complete waste of time.
