Been under the care of the men's health clinic and Dr Stevens since 2020. I live in Grimsby and when needed have no issue driving 5 hours for an appointment. Always spot on service from a team at the top of their game. Highly recommend.

After years of struggling with low TRT symptoms, I finally decided it was time to take action. From all my research over the years, I knew TMHC was the place to go—and I’m so glad I made that choice.

Although it’s only been four weeks since my first injection, I felt compelled to leave a review about the exceptional service I’ve received so far. The entire team has been outstanding, and their support has made this journey seamless.

I started with an initial consultation call with Dr. Stevens, who was incredibly calm, approachable, and reassuring. He answered all my questions thoroughly and promised to take good care of me—which he absolutely has.

Next, I made the 600-mile round trip to Bournemouth for my 90-minute consultation with Dr. Williams, and it was worth every mile. Dr. Williams was fantastic—friendly, clear, and informative. The appointment actually only lasted around 45 minutes because everything was explained so efficiently, and I left feeling completely prepared.

Daily injections were something I was nervous about before, but it’s honestly been much easier than I expected. TMHC has provided all the guidance I needed, and the process has been smooth.

My first review is next week, but so far, so good—I can already feel the positive effects of TRT (and so can my Mrs!) 😂

I’ve been on treatment 2 years now and will never look back. I was at a point where I was completely burning out and the only thing that was keeping me going was discipline and that was starting to ebb away.

The initial care I got was from someone who just understood me, with just the right balance of telling me what I needed to hear not just what I wanted to hear.

After struggling with my overall health and being on TRT from the NHS for 10 years (with awful results) I stumbled across the Men's Health Clinic. Starting on their protocol I almost immediately got my levels in order and started to feel amazing for the first time in 10 years. The service and back up is first class. They also private Facebook group for patients which is fantastic. Furthermore, they also organise awe inspiring trips for patients. I have been with TMHC now for 1 year and can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Transferred treatment over to these guys as I was starting to feel like a cash cow to another company, less about what was right for me and more about what they could sell me. I was finally diagnosed with low testosterone levels in 2016, after years of requesting to be screened for it. After 6 years of peaks and troughs with creams, 2 week injections and then one every 12-16 weeks, I found The Men's Health Clinic. I can honestly say their program has changed my life. On the routine checkups, if you’ve not been exercising and following a good diet, be prepared to strap in and listen to his famous “earn your reward” lecture. Lydia and the entire ops team are very accomodating. It’s a busy practice and that comes with challenges. Be respectful to them and they will move mountains for you.

My Initial Diagnosis for Low Testosterone was from a London Harley Street Clinic to whom I will always be grateful, but the quarterly care was always with a different doctor, I very quickly realised that quarterly medication with the initial highs and the subsequent lows desperate for the next appointment would not work for me long term. I have always considered myself extremely fortunate to have found TMHC whose care and attention have been amazing for the last 5 years.
Dr Rob is easy to talk to, and even with high standards, he is a realist when it comes to human behaviour. Aim high and miss the mark is a lot higher than aiming low and missing !
The Team over the years have always given the most attention to detail and have been able to help with more than just TRT. I have received assistance with High Blood Pressure, Sleep Apnea and weight management.

To start with the care I received was good, but this went down hill.

I was having issues with one of the medications prescribed but that medication was part of the ‘gold standard’ treatment so I had to take it still.

During every appointment I felt like the Dr hadn’t even refreshed himself on my file ahead of the call/meeting which really put me off.

I have moved to a new clinic and have a lot more freedom to see what actually works best for me.

The Dr is to busy going on expeditions to fully care about his patients.

I have been a patient at the Mens health clinic for four plus years now. As a clinic they have gone from strength to strength, always looking at services they offer and ways to improve on it. If you have to email with a problem or issue you are replied to quickly and efficiently.. If they can help they will.. always. Dr Stevens has a wealth of knowledge and is easy to talk to about personal issues you may be going through .. You won't be judged and even if (like me) you have difficulty letting someone else take control of your treatment, you will be listened to and have the odd laugh.. Relaxed yet completely professional. When you call you are greeted by polite, efficient and friendly staff. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who has been diagnosed as requiring treatment, or if you are not feeling great and want to get a full diagnostic check and consultation on the options available. I suspected I needed testosterone therapy for some time due to blood tests I'd done myself. My quality of life was near zero and so I started my search for a clinic who'd support me. I discovered Dr Stevens on youtube some months prior and they were the obvious choice - seeming to genuinely care about their patients.
