Dead website, no support, no accountability. Subbed to lifetime membership from 2022, and it was good for awhile. I started to notice that the plugins & themes were no longer getting new updates. I then decided to find other solutions. If you're only seeing this now, avoid this site as it's already dead. 💀

THEMEPRICE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!

They haven't updated any product for a very long time. They are not honest about their business, they take your money but after that... NOTHING! Waste of time, money, money, money and um, time and money.

Stay away from this business and let it sink. Although I don't think they can sink much further than they already did.

Indian scammers and probably started a new business under a different name.

I used ThemePrice and paid the premium membership for years, this last year had been a waste of money, no updates, it is almost impossible to find new updated plugins.
They don't reply to e-mails.
I'll find another page, this one is obsolote, a waste of my money.

Several years of experiences down from the toilet.
I have used Themeprice for years, but lately same problems as previous reviews - Mainly problem with Elementor Pro activation.
No respond from support and they ignore your emails ( you can see the status by email tracking)
Now I have used other service provides - worldpressit.com

I was dealing with Themeprice for more than two years but no more.

They stop replying emails, remove chat option from the website, they do not reply on facebook and no way to reach them.

Recently, they also stopped the subscription of essential plugin such as Elementor Pro, tried to reach them but no hope.

Really sad of how they turn themselves from excellent customer care to poor services and careless approach.

NO SUPPORT, its a scam, they are not gonna reply your email, NO SUPPORT at all. they will take your money and got vanished.

Perfect place to buy plugins. I have tried many websites but never got this much satisfaction. Themeprice is the best. I loved the price and quality. Best of luck to them.

They are looters. Takes your Money and will close your account after a while with sake of there so called policy. Garbage service. And support is not there. They never give you answer they never solve your issue they never answer you live.

I've been a user since 2019, and during that time, there been some issues, but always got solutions.
Even if plugins or themes were updated, I have notified them, and they have updated these as soon as possible.
My only concern is that with Elementor Pro - they had "unlimited websites" support before, but now it's only one website limitation, but still it's worth it!

There is almost zero to none customer support. If you need help with any application or plugin forget about it. you will never receiv a email from this guys. Never again.

Great company with them over 2 years now.

Never really had a major issues. We live in digital web life. So sure things goes down now and then but once you raised a ticket they will take care of you for sure.

And they pretty much covers everything you need. Incase you don't find it. You can put a request and the get for you.

So far happy with them and I'm glad got the life time Sub.

We provide digital marketing services and used almost every gpl websites. Themeprice is my favourite one. I would say there are no gpl website which will provide you full satisfaction. Every one will have some nulled files. I have scanned many gpl websites and found viruses in it. Themeprice is the one which i never got virus or any malwares. In terms of price, themeprice provide satisfactory service. Files are working and virus free.

I have a lifetime membership with themeprice and please don't believe in them showing thousands of products on their website. I am sure half of them are nulled and put up only for a show. You can download them but when you reach out to them for an update, they simply tell you "We are sorry, we do not support this theme/plugin".
This happened to me several times.

I am sure there are some genuine GPL sites you can find with a bit more research. So, beware.

The guys here keep posting older updates again and again as new updates. If there aren't any plugin updates, let it be, don't post old updates as new ones. People get confused.
Extremely bad business practice to deceive buyers!
