The WP-Bakery Header Layouts for ThemeREX's Scientia – Public Library WordPress Theme were not integrated to work with different device resolutions and the support of fixing the issue was some of the worst I've experienced from a theme developer. It is also very apparent they did not consult a Librarian in the development of this theme and I would not recommend it for Libraries as a Librarian myself. I had to hire a third party to fix their theme and I should never have had to do that. Caution: This developer is hard to work with!!!

I have been building a website for my friend's business, SoulZenctuary.com, and ran into a few issues I was unable to fix myself. I submitted two tickets to the theme support team and they were both answered within 24 hours. I think it was Sophie that assisted me, she is awesome. I was given CSS code to add for one issue and the other issue was taken care of by the support team AND they fixed another issue I didn't mention. So thankful for this great team, theme and company, because you never know what you're gonna get when you buy a theme!

Good themes but very bad color customization "Ingenioso" theme, it's very pity because this theme is beautiful.
But I really don't understand why they do this with the color customization.

Everytime I get a new WP Theme it seems everything is different from the plugins to the editors etc. This can be very frustrating as I am always in a position of learning new interfaces. Fortunately the customer support for this theme has been very responsive and prompt when addressing my issues as I get up to speed.

Recently (minus 2 days) I purchased a Jacqueline Version 2.5.0 template. I installed it on a VPS only for the purpose of creating this website. I noticed that every time I installed cpu template it increased to 50% with no client traffic. I questioned support, they indicated to remove 3rd party plugins that the template has by default. I buy this template due to its full functionality and now they indicate to remove most of the functionality. It doesn't make any sense, I tried the same template on a more powerful VPS and I had the same behavior. At the moment I've been waiting 10 hours for a response from support, I can't move forward with the project due to technical problems with the template. In addition, I did the same process but installing template free as astra and everything was stable without problems, which proves that it is a Jacqueline bundle template problem. I want my money back if the issue is not resolved. In addition, I don't understand why it's always removing a license if I'm always using a license, at this point I've already reached the Purchase Code Deactivation limit. How frustrating, at this moment I can't do more tests in order to try to overcome the problem alone, because support in the ticket does not respond.

The response time 12-24 hours, for say anything to help, at this moment can work beacouse the support themerex only working on Friday: 10:00 – 19:00 CET.

Sophie from ThemeRex was accommodating in assisting me with updating the InsuRel WordPress theme. The process was tedious because there was an issue with removing the copyrighted artwork from the home page. After going back and forth, we could finally remove the artwork, but there were other problems along the way. Thankfully, Sophie was able to resolve it.

Worst support ever- and no you don't get an answer back within 12-24 hrs....

and they are nice during presales- after that they have a sort of 'screw you' attitude
