Realy good price for the offer, the support is nice but direct! I think is only one person working so sometimes it can be hard to awnser everyone. I think is the best Counter offer of Themeforest, of course less themes but for the price!

Customer services are very poor
Customer services are very poor. Does not converse well with customers. I interacted with them asking for theme documentation as all themes downloaded via Envato Elements come with theme documentation. The consultant was super rude and did not even bother to address my issue in a reasonable manner. I felt like there was lack of respect. I am never going to consider or advise anyone to buy themes from them. Stay away!!

This is not a company this a person who scam and still your money I have choose a theme to buy then gives suggestion to buy bundle but the bundle was not what I want and doesn’t tell me the bundle has an expire in 30days then I told him is not what I want that and then says me pay 17usd extra after I told I have not that money he closed the chat bar
After that when ever I try to contact by him I chat he will close the chat bar quick because he know my location
