Potential Buyer Beware. They take your money and ignore you for 1 year+
I did a pre order through Mighty Hobby In June 2022 for the 3 Iron Maiden Funko Pops and they were supposed to be sent out around August 2022. I contacted them in December after I still didn’t receive my order and they said they were waiting on the chases for my order and they would be sent out soon. Since December I have sent multiple emails and heard nothing back besides a email claiming they are backed up on emails. Is this yet another Big Apple Situation. Honestly I am going through this with Big Apple Collectible’s and now The Mighty Hobby, so potential customers beware because if a retailer starts ignoring the customers and don’t ship orders to them after almost a year they are more than likely doing a cash grab and trying to get as much money as possible before they close down and to The Mighty Hobby you have now made it my mission to make sure I get the word out about your shady business practices.

Disappointed
First, I have to say that the sale pricing was very good! And my order was packed well and nothing was damaged.
But, it took about 2 weeks to receive my order, which isn't necessarily unreasonable, but not completely common for an online order in this day and age.
And, more importantly, my third issue was receiving the wrong item. I ordered a Spongebob t-shirt/pocket pop combo but received a Toy Story alien shirt/pocket pop combo instead. After reaching out, I was advised that the Spongebob combo was out of stock and that I'd be getting a refund for it instead. This was extremely disappointing because that was the one thing I really, really wanted from that order.
One and Done
Straight to the point. I ordered a Chase Bundle and received the items damaged. I know it could of been the post office but The Mighty Honby does not want to do anything about it. Even though I paid their Package Protection Insurance and they refuse to follow up with there policy.

Horrible customer service
I placed a pre-order 11-30-22 for JANUARY 2023 PREORDER) POP! Game Cover: Assassin's Creed × 1.
Release was supposed to be in January. I began to check on it through the “chat” “help” on 2-3-23. I received “ Julio G.: Good afternoon, Funko provided a date of 2/22. Please expect ship notification March-April.”.
On 3-16-23 I tried again “ Why is it that I can order this from Amazon and receive it within 3 days? Please check again and advise when this will be shipped.”
On 3-18-23 I received the auto reply that my ticket had been updated.
On 3-28-23 I sent this “ Please cancel the order.”
I’ve never received a response and there is no actual person you can talk with. On the website it gives the number (956) 551-1816 but every time I’ve called it I get the message that “the person has a mailbox that hasn’t been set up yet, try your call again later”. This item is no longer on the website for sale. I was charged $30.87 back on 11-30-22 and since they don’t take PayPal it came from my checking account.
I rarely give bad reviews even if I’m unhappy, but there should be no excuse for this.

I had placed two separate orders and had to practically chase them down in order to get my product that was paid for. It took them about 5 months over the date they should have arrived. They also tried to play it off like they never got the items in.
